Noki's eyes were starting to water when Lous finally got up and started to blink. Following the lioness' example, Noki blinked a couple times and rubbed her eyes carefully with her front paws. When she opened her eyes again, she beamed up at Lous proudly as th elioness explained how she'd be able to protect anyone.
"I won't forget!" she squeaked in an uncharacteristically loud voice. With that, she jumped enthusiastically to her feet. She did want to go tell her mother and father how she could keep monsters away now. The would be proud, of course!

Loustearha smiled and giggled at Noki's exciting words and appearance, cubs were so wonderful, she was so glad that Noki had a wonderful large family to go back to. "Then go tell them!" she leaned forward again, giving her a wink, "Then you can be the one to teach your parents and siblings to fight monsters now."
Surely that would get Noki excited and have her scurry home.
"As for me little sweetie," she stood, stretched her limbs and took a few steps to the side, "I have o go find my mommy," she said with a wink, "and fight off any monsters of course."
She began to trot away though glanced back every now and then to see if Noki began to head home.
Everyone would face a monster, at one time or another.
Now Noki would be ready.

Noki nodded, and listened almost immediately to the instruction that Lous gave her- skipping around in a small circle to start going back home. She would tell her mommy and daddy all about it, she wasn't even worried about what they'd say about her talking to a stranger. Lous was nice, after all!
"Ok, bye-bye, Lous!" she called after the liones as she started to walk off. Noki couldn't help but stare after Lous for a couple of seconds, before she turned and this time really headed right home. She had to tell her family all about this, now!
