ruby was a pain until i used Knights of The Round

To tell the truth the only one I faced was Emerald. Even so it was hard to beat. On my next replay I'll try to get them all.

With the right taktic no weapon is hard but to be abel do make those taktics work thats the tricky part
I had to upgrade most of the spells and abillitys to master.
A really good combination is last order + phönix thats one free ticket from hell.
But i must say Ruby Weapon was/is the hardest and longest Weapon.

Diamond was easy, Ultimate was easy -- which means they might consider changing its name, but, then again Ruby and Emerald were only in the American Version, so it makes sense if you live in Japan -- Ruby was sort of hard, but easy if you knew when to and when not to attack it, and that it ALWAYS hits you with Ultima if you use Knights of the Round on it, but Emerald... that's a different story. You not only needed the Underwater Materia if you wanted to live more than 20 minutes, you also had to have an insane amount of health to live more than 5. Also, Emerald had around 500,000 HP, so it takes quite a while. My strategy for Emerald was to have one character wear the Underwater Materia, level them all up and equip them with HP Plus Materia, Mime Materia, and equip Cloud -- my strongest character -- with Knights of the Round paired with W-Summon. Get Cloud to Use Knights of the Round, then have everyone else use Mime until it's dead. Trick is in living that long.

I would've mauled them all but I didn't have ANYTHING good I couldn't beat Ruby or Emerald. crying

i used omnislash and the mime materia to constantly use omnislash but i found ruby the hardest

I have the distinct pleasure of defeating every weapon that I faced, including Ruby and Emerald. It took quite a lot of tries, though. I just planned a strategy with the mime materia: If you max out any materia, it spawns another identical one. I mimed Knights of the Round like, 7 times before Emerald fell, and like, 11 times for Ruby. My hour count for the weapons was around a hundred.
