I've already come across Latios in my Ruby. Too bad I wasted my Master Ball on Groundon.. - __-
But I swear by everything holy that I don't believe in, that that Latios is PURE EVIL. For instance, I'll be hunting it, and going back and forth between Routes and I'd go to check my PokéDex and what ho'! Latios is on the very next Route over.
Well damn.
So I continue my pacing and I get to the other Route and check my PokéDex again, and WHAT?! Latios is on the Route I was JUST ON?! WTF?!
And it will do that. Several times in a ROW.
God damned dragon.. bird.. freak.. thing.. stressed

Load Chaud The roaming Pok魯n (Entei, Suicune, Raikou, Latios, and Latias) move every time you change location. Be it going from city to route, route to route, or Flying to another city. I think going in and out of doors changes their locations, too (which made catching the Johto Trio in G/S and FR/LG harder because of all of the buildings between paths). And after you battle with them, and they escape, they move to another route. Yeah, but does the same thing apply to Lati@s? wink That was what she was originally talking about.

On the latios i caught i used mean look(a lvl 63 gengar had it)And just wore it down to very little red, and 1 or so ultra balls late i had him(first in my town ^^)Rayquaza was a sinch(ice moves with swampert)Then after that caught the three regi's(what a pain)
