Oddly he meant not to insult her even though he'd always been taught rogue blood was weakness - it was a fact he'd yt to question. Vuvi almost pondered why he was over looking that so much. She was after all not a pureblood, only a quarter. He could he suppose, be luring her in with charm, to be a slave...but no. Saburi was such a curiousity. A rogue with Blood, red and seemingly soft, yet seeking them out. He was intrigued when he should in fact be furious.
He wanted to keep her around.

Maybe she was just a lucky girl because if there was a chance that Vuvi would turn on her then she would be captured or dead in seconds and she knew this but there was something about him that called for her to trust him which should probably make her all the more weary but it didn't. She felt comfortable around him.
"Do I still look stupid walking? Oh how annoying. This sand is such a strange thing though." She didn't know how else to explain it. It just wasn't normal but she wasn't about to say that.

"Not too much but try to distribute your weight more evenly, and see how I - " He trailed off as they went, offering a few tips. Eventually she'd get there and it would become second nature he was sure. With his help and protection the pride'd have a new female in no time, beautiful and strong in her own way. After all she must have a strong will to come out here at such risk to find her roots.
