Charu nodded at the other as he said he would be it. How fast was he? She wouldn't know until the game started. How fast she was? Well, she knew that, but it could be slower then the other. She grinned as she looked about to find where she would run to first.
Then, he asked if she was ready. Oh boy was she. "Yes!" She said as she started to dash off in a random direction Anywhere but where he was. It was going to be fun. This game was the best, when you had someone to play with. Even if it was only two, that's all they would need. He was her first, and only friend.

Haseo watched for a moment. He examined her running techniques carefully before he finally jumped forward, like a hunter would when catching prey. He took off in a large run, his eyes caught directly on Charu. Veering left Haseo smiled. He was planning to take the oppesite direction while she took the other, so he could catch up with her if she were to make a quick turn.
Yet he realized something. His speed was wasting off. Haseo growled lowly, a playful growl. He was more slower then the female. Unsheathing his claws Haseo dug into the ground, stopping then suddenly jumping high, he landing hard on the ground before regaining his speed and running much more faster then he had been.
This would be a difficult challenge.

Charu watched him curious for a moment, it seemed he was having troubles, though, after he jumped he seemed to pick up his speed. She squeaked as she did so. Letting out laughter she started to run again. "You'll never catch me!" She said as she started towards a tree that looked as if she could climb it.

Pushing his weight low to the ground and shooting himself upward Haseo yowled. "Oh yea?" he forced out heavily, breathing in at the end. His smile transformed to a half frown when he saw her darting towards a tree. Was she planning on climbing it? Chasing after her speededly Haseo watched Charu curiosily, she was fast!

The only problem she really had with trees was getting back down. Hardest part of the whole thing. She could climb, not too well, but well enough. Though, when it came to coming back down, it was almost impossible. She never thought about it until she got up into the tree. Her mind went to if it would be fair that she climbed up in it. Could Haseo climb? She thought about it for a split second and turned against climbing it. Instead, she dashed behind it and stood there trying to hide. Perhaps he would think she continued on, or actually climbed up the tree without looking behind it.

Haseo had run forward, his feet told him to dart upward into the tree until he saw no movement rustling it's leaves. He blinked, confused. Where had she gone? Maybe she went ahead, or was hiding somewhere else. Haseo crept calmly against the tree, his ears flickered so hear any sudden sounds. If he was right, she was behind the tree, probably trying to trick him.
Swiftly Haseo darted around to come face to face with Charu, a large grin had spread on his face as he drew his paw to poke her.

She squealed and tried to run away, though it seemed almost futile. She couldn't help falling over when she felt a soft poke rub against her fur as she tried to pass him. Why?! Why did she have to hide behind the tree?! She was moving and sounds of crying came from her, but they weren't cries. No, it was uncontrollable laughing. She couldn't help but think it was funny. She should have known he would have been too smart to fall for her little tricks.

Her uncontrallable laughter made him too, laugh. With a chuckle mixed in, "Tag! Your it!" He darted away happily before she could control herself to get up. Haseo's speed had decreased from all the laughter that had phased through him. Who knew being happy could brighten anyones day up? Well it had done him well, Haseo turned around, his curiosity to see if she was coming towards him, Haseo thought better quickly and turned to jog along, regaining his energy.

She was still on the ground, face in the a few leaves laughing away. It was starting to hurt, she was laughing so much, but she couldn't stop. Not at the moment anyways. What did the other say? Did he say she was it? At that moment that his words finally reached her mind, she popped up as fast as she could and looked around for the other. Her laughing hadn't totally stopped but for the moment it had. Finally, she spotted the other and ran towards him. "Here I come!"

Happily Haseo caught his speed as soon as she came towards him. His eyes wandered aimlessly for anywhere else to run too, so he could save his large amounts of energy that were bursting from him. All thoughts of what his father looked like had vanished in an instant and for once Haseo felt relieved to escape the curiosity of him. Darting around a bush Haseo continued through more trees, a field seemed to be nearby, maybe that would give him some cover.

Charu's running was more like prancing. She looked rather silly when she did, but it made her go faster, or so she thought. She watched deers once, prance through the forest so gracefully, she wanted to be like them sometimes. They were so huge. "I'm going to get you!" She yet escape her mouth as she came at him. He wasn't as close as she'd like, but the distance was getting smaller. She hadn't been paying attention to the surrounding they were going through, things were moving by too fast, the only thing she was seeing was Haseo infront of her. Her trying to keep up, and trying to catch him.

Surprised at how fast she had already caught up to him Haseo, panic tearing into him, quickened up without thicking. This was his only manner of speed to use since he had nothing going through his mind. Realizing he wasn't looking ahead of himself Haseo shrieked quietly to himself as he barely dodged a tree that was infront of him, slowing down before speeding up again. No laughing had phased through him since it looked like had was about to break his skull if he had hit that tree. But in a minute he had gained his fastest speed, looking back at Charu and smiling.

Charu almost stopped as she watched him almost hit into a tree. He should pay attention more! She didn't want to loose her best friend from a stupid game like this. She started to run again as he seemed to miss the tree and continue on. She lost him shortly after that standing kind of in the middle of a few tress. Her ears up, though her tiny tail tucked down. Where was she? As well as, where was he?

Haseo had taken shelter behind a large tree truck, his head peeking out only a few times to see where she was. The black pelt of Charu was no where to be seen, Haseo thought she was waiting for him to pop out and her to tag him. The young male stayed completely hidden behind the tree, his thoughts racing to fast for him to understand them. Did she get lost? ... Maybe? He hadn't noticed how long they had been running, and how far they had ran. Realization hit him hard. They could possibly be lost in this small forest.

It normally didn't bother her if she didn't know where she was, but the forest was very scary. Her tail was down completely and how her ears. She took a few steps stiff like as she looked around. "Haseo?" She let escape her mouth, though it wasn't as loud as she was trying to make it. Her fear and panic started now. She felt completely alone in this area. She started to shiver, not from being cold, but scared. Though she could see her own breath as she moved.
