who's "we"? you weren't even involved in the creation of the guild. and you are trying to pin the blame on me to avoid getting flamed yourself. you are actually one of the people who was involved in flaming, so I would stay quiet if I were you. not agreeing is not the same as flaming. and how do I survive in gaming forums? one word: knowledge. hey, you people just don't like to see that side of me, you just want to see the nonexistant "arrogant fanboy" that you think I am. so instead of pinning blame on others, how about you guys fix your own mistakes, ok?

the last post really didn't talk much about improving the guild
and as far as I'm concerned If Daxelmans name is on the Guild Home Page saying Founded by/ Special Thanks to he was part of the creation of the guild.
and by stopping the arguments I meant both of you we don't want this getting locked away just like the last thread.
Anyways I agree with adding an Anime/Manga forum

Uh, I helped Fund the guild, I take an active role in the guild any day I can, I was one of the first to join.
Not to mention Ima Crew Member.
And if you noticed, I said you do it too. I didn't say I didn't do the stuff I mentioned, I know I do it, I said you do it too.
Hell, everyone does it from time to time, it's not like there is a perfect guild out there where everyone is nice to everyone, there are going to be people who ruffle your feathers, it's a way of life.
Besides, this is a Debate Guild, mudslinging is allowed and encouraged to a point.

exactly we need to make a rule about this limiting how mudslinging should go. What other ideas du have to go with subforums I'm not to big a movie watching guy but I think that might be a good addition to the subforums

well, not seeing your name on the Special Thanks section is my mistake......and flaming and debating are 2 totally different things. flaming is insulting one another. debating is having a literate, controlled discussion, with two opposing sides. and this guild isn't going to be perfect, but flaming has gone too far in here. it has happened far too many times. the guild staff has had to ban people for it. doesn't that tell you anything? this is a very big problem that went too far a long time ago. anytime now, the guild is just going to become one huge flame war.

I've seen entire Forums become closed, thousands of people disconnected for s**t worse than what we do. If you think we're going too far, well, I don't know what to tell you.

On the whole Subforums thing, The Console Wars is a nice touch, we can put all the "throwback threads" there.
@Tango: No.
No Neko, or Mithra, or ANYTHING in your guild(s).
That would ruin us.

I'd like this still open as we didn't solve the subforum issue yet.
On topic: First, should we change the three console subforums to something else? We have most discussions on the consoles on the main page.
Second, I'd like you guys to make a final list of what all the subforums should be and where they should be when finished. (Like my example)

I was thinking of moving some of the reviews of more current games into the VM subforum though. Well, you might make a sticky that acts like a directory to all the other reviews, so that people can look them up quickly. Also, I don't think that you should name threads " Name's Name of game review", because that seems to lock it to the property of the original poster. Leave at " name of game review" and let people post reviews in that thread. That way, if someone doesn't like the review, they can just make their own, and argue/discuss it elsewhere in the appropriate thread.
