"I've been here long enough to see a lot of people come and go. heh. As for an exact time? Not quite sure. Every day just starts blending in together." Without the sun rising and setting (or at least, her being able to see it), it was hard for her to really distinguish each day from one another. She was fairly sure her sleeping habits weren't very normal either, especially with how she'd been sleeping (or not sleeping) lately.
"I'm from a little town in Paciffance called Fridot. But, not a lot of people have heard of it." she said, smiling. "How about you? Have you been here long? My guess is no... Usually the only time people get into this kind of trouble this close to Sarava is if they're first arriving." Her smile grew significantly larger, thinking of all the times she had to save poor strangers from Sarava's need for mayhem.

___Blending together, Hazina mulled over that statement. She looked at Ankita oddly, that one sentence made her heart pull on an invisible string searching to bind with this strange girl's. Days blend together for Hazina only because she felt like her life was dragging on and on, with no happy end in sight. She remembered performing night after night, partially grateful to the fakir for taking her in and yet cursing them for trapping her in a world of endless nights and backbreaking days. The lights would blend, the drugs she'd induced would create an atmosphere where all she knew was the sweat from her body and the blood of she failed. Was this the kind of blending days Ankita meant?
___"Free-do-do-do-T." Hazina said it slowly, almost spitting out the t. No, she hadn't heard of it, though she wished she could say she had just to have something else in common besides a language. Her eyes caught on Ankita's afro again, and she felt wistfully jealous for a moment. She was so ... Beautiful. Peaceful, like that Buddha some of the wisemen would shake their gnarled fingers about. For once, Hazina did not feel lustful or attracted to this woman as she normally would, but rather in awe. "I can see myself chasing Sarava many times in the future." She chuckled in the midst of her reverie. "Where I have come from seems very far away at the moment, both in thought and reality. But no, I have only just arrived."

Ankita laughed as she sounded it out, though she hoped she didn't sound condescending.
"Careful with Sarava. She's a tricky one, trust me. She's gotten into quite a few scuffles already, and I don't think she's really lost one as if yet." Her face looked nothing short of amused, thinking of every Sarava x member encounter. "How are you adjusting so far? Meeting a lot of people, I'm guessing?"

___Hazina had flushed a little bit at her laughter, but wasn't too perturbed by it. Amused laughter was much better than being screamed at by a woman who demanded you consider her your saviour. At Ankita's question she pulled her upper lip up slightly in consideration and wagged her head slowly back and forth. ___"Here and there, you are perhaps the third." Hazina smiled, "But I am not complaining." Hazina looked over her shoulder, thinking she heard someone but realizing it was just a worker, looked back at the girl. "Have you met anyone here that you feel is worthy of longterm affection?" Realizing how that sounded, she added hurridly, "As a good friend, of course. Someone trustworthy."

Ankita blushed slightly, giving an affectionate smile. "There's a lot of people here I'm pretty fond of, if that's what you mean." Her laugh this time was far more embarrassed than amused.
"There's quite a lot of nice people here, you know? And some... not so nice." Her eye seemed to twitch slightly, thinking of the last quarrel she had been involved with. She couldn't even imagine the last time she had been so infuriated before then.

___Hazina caught the delicate blush spread across Ankita's dark skin. She smothered a smile and pretended to ignore it. She inhaled deeply through her nose, feeling her lips pucker slightly as she had always had the tendency to exaggerate even the most simple of actions. It had been mentioned, and after trying to control her facial expressions for a month she became extremely frustrated and just gave in to her natural theatrics. Glancing back at Ankita, she wiggled her nose, feeling an odd itch. This girl was clearly more experienced than any of the other performers she'd met or seen around. It could prove to be valuable to be within her service.
___She cleared her throat, and put on her most stern and solemn face. Standing, she bowed at the waist with her hands once more on her thighs. Slowly, she lowered herself, kneeling down till her forehead was almost at the ground, and she extended her arms palms up and open. ___"I would be most humbled if you would take me into your service." Quickly moving her left hand she dipped into a satchel and retrieved an item, offering it up with both hands. The item was a glass container, dark and swirling with unknown. "I bid you take this Urn as a symbol of my gratitude. I found it in a cavern with the mark of the prophet Solomon, may its divine powers be eternally in your employ."

Ankita raised an eyebrow in confusion. This. This was definitely something new. "I'm sorry, but what service exactly?" She couldn't help but wonder what Hazina thought Ankita actually did. It wasn't exactly as if she was running any business out of her trailer. She especially wasn't sure about this urn business. Wasn't that something they put dead bodies in? After you burned them?
"Uhm. Thank you?" She said, laughing nervously. She made no reaction to the object itself, unaware of which direction, exactly, it was coming from. She simply smiled. Uncomfortably. But a smile nonetheless.

___Ankita's hesitation worried Hazina, perhaps she'd been too overwhelming. Bowing her head low to the ground until her neck hurt she tried again, straining her arms upwards with the gift.
___"I wish to be your disciple in this new home I have found shelter within. Your pupil, servant, whatever you wish, I am to be disposed of if you only allow me to tread in your shadow." Hazina closed her eyes tightly. "This Urn is not for carrying a body, it holds a mysterious power that not even I have been able to release. With your knowledge, it should give up its secrets to you with joyful ease."

"My disciple?" Ankita was starting to wonder who the girl was mistaking her for. It wasn't as if she was some grand master with special tricks to teach someone. "What... is it exactly you're looking to be taught? I mean... are you a fortune teller too? Or something?" She wasn't sure whether to be flattered or afraid, though she was for certain that she was mildly uncomfortable.

___Hazina nodded fiercely and kept her eyes lowered. "I am a novice in this new world. Please take me under your wing and instruct me to the customs, and what would be expected of me!" Her arm was starting to ache, but she forced her body not to tremble when groveling for a proper place. The slightest bit of weakness might be passed along by word-of-mouth, and she would be out and on her own once more.

"I suppose I should be flattered." Ankita certainly had never met someone with so much enthusiasm before. Or rather, someone with such enthusiasm that was directed at her, because of her. Or well, of course. There was that one other girl. Her name had something to do with the color red. Rose? Rouge? Scarlett? Oh yeah, that's it.
"Well, if you really want to be, I suppose I'd be rude to decline." She said, giving a reassuring smile. "I just hope I don't disappoint you. I'm not exactly the most fierce of teachers." A quiet giggle followed.

___Hazina smiled widely, placing the Urn at Ankita's feet. She touched Ankita's hand and brought it to her forehead, an old sign of servitude and a pledge of loyalty. This girl, woman, was so pretty and she just emanated knowledge. She would be an excellent guide. Hazina was so pleased in her ability to find an able master. ___"Is there anything you would like me to address to, teacher?" Hazina questioned, ready to fulfill Ankita's needs.

Her hand felt around until she felt the top the top of Hazina's head, gently patting it.
"No, no. You're good for now." she said, laughing. "But if you have any questions or anything, feel free to ask."

___Hazina sat down in front of her mentor, and crossed her legs. Sitting up straight she paid rapt attention to the woman who had accepted her as an apprentice. She reached out, and beckoned with her arm to Sarava, starved for contact with an animal from her home. ___"Please, tell me all you know about this place, and its people." Hazina stopped, "To make it easier, first, who here is worthy of friendly affection?"

"I don't think there's anyone not worthy of. Uh. Friendly affection." Even Maxem, who she couldn't stand for the life of her, was surely a good person. Hopefully. Maybe. At any rate, just because she didn't like her, didn't have to mean everyone else had to feel the same.
"If there's anything I've learned here, it's that you'll meet all different kinds of people. Some you'll like. Some you... really... really... really won't like. But that's a decision you'll have to make on your own. And I'm sure you'll make it well."
