"Pidgeotto, hang on! Let's use brave bird!" Luna shouted.

Pidgeotto flew right into the balls of flame, burning off a few feathers along the way. On his way, he started glowing white. The intensity of the light grew brighter and brighter as he swooshed down to attack the Espeon with all the power he could muster.

Daybreak was knocked over by the Brave bird, tumbling over a few times before flopping onto the ground on her belly.

"Hang in there!" Piney exclaimed. "Use another Psychic!"

Standing up and shaking off dirt, Daybreak unleashed another psychic pulse that rocked the arena.

Pidgeotto was knocked back again, the force stronger than the last time. Luckily, he landed right into Luna's arms with eyes closed. Unconscious.

"Ah well...that was a good try Pidgeotto." Luna whispered, retracting her pokemon. She looked to Piney.

"Great battle! Espeon's psychic attacks are truely awesome!" Luna held out her hand for a customary handshake.

Piney recalled Daybreak back into her Pokeball and used her other hand to return Luna's handshake.

"Your Pidegotto is quite the Pokemon too! He got farther than the last opponent." She chuckled. "But don't feel bad. Daybreak has a lot more experience, so the odds weren't exactly fair.

I'll see you around for a rematch kay?"
