"The Tribe? It's up in the mountains and is named after the Modiety Raijin and his son, Fuujin. We're basically a group of foxes that like getting electrocuted alot." He said with a smile, then continued with a wag of his tail as he followed after her, "I'm kidding about the shocking part, but Raijin was a Modiety that controlled thunder and lightning, and he used to cause alot of mischief until he and his son got into trouble with the other Modieties, so then they started to use storms and such to help revive all the land they had destroyed. But Fuujin died and Raijin was angered, so he started to destroy the land once again. It's said that Fuujin's spirit came up to his father and told him to stop, and he did."
Lance explained, a thoughtful look on his face before he asked, "What about you, Reimei? Are you in a tribe?"

"Well, I was thinking about the Amores Tribe but then . . . I dunno. I don't feel like the tribe is right for me. I'm not bent on worshiping relationships, though I do feel for them to be important . . . I don't fit in there and I only remember being there with my mother . . ." Remei looked back at Lance, her thought diminishing. "Hmmm, that's quite an interesting story. I'll have to look into it." She added with a wink.

"It'd be fun having you around, you're way more interesting than the others." He said grinning, tail waving slowly in a casual manner as she gave a wink. "So, anything interesting happen to you today?" Lance asked with a light chuckle, looking over at her and giving her a playful tap of his tail.

Reimei smiled at the complement. "Oh, nothing really. I was just wandering around and then ended up on the road. Lately, I've been a bit of a wanderer, not staying in a single place for more than a day." She shifted her gaze back to him. I don't think that's going to be the case anymore . . .

Lance gave a delighted grin at her smile, tail wagging slowly. "It's been sort of the same situation with me, I've just been wanting to get away from my family for a bit." He replied with a smile, ear flicking as a rain drop has plopped down onto it.

Reimei looked at the hill they were ascending, her paws sinking into the dirt path. The drizzle was unstable; it was falling heavier then lightening up, and vice versa. The delightful aroma of the forest filled her nostrils and she sighed. "Family can get a little old, can't it? But you can't ever not love it when it's there for you, y'know?"

He gave a nod of agreement at what she said, giving a soft smile. "They can drive you mad, but they're always there for you when you need someone." Lance replied, tail flicking to get the light coat of rain that had built up off of it. "...Piney." The teal fox gave a twitch of his nose at the wafting scent of the woods, ears swiveling slightly to keep the drizzle out of them as the constantly changing rainfall continued.

Reimei nodded in agreement as the went further up the road. Eventually, the came to the top of a hill that the path went over and Reimei spotted a well in the center of a four-way crossroad. "You wanna go over there?" She asked, her tail flicking with curiosity.

"Sure, we can go and take a look around, see if there's anything of interest." Lance said, giving a nod once again to her and motioning towards the well with a flick of his tail. "Ladies first." He gave a casual smile, ears flicking at the plips and plops of the drizzle on his fur.

Reimei smiled and pranced down the hill, careful for her paws not to slip on the muddy trail. I raindrop plopped straight on her nose and she shook her head to get it off. When she was at the bottom of the hill, she looked back up at Lance. She flicked her tail as a gesture to come down.

Lance followed after Reimei down the hill with a smile, but then slipped on a patch of slick grass, giving a yelp of surprise as his paw collapsed from underneath him. He spun about dizzily, landing with a thump near Reimei down at the bottom of the hill, raising his head up from the mud and giving a loopy smile from having been spun and turned around so much from his little ride, then wiping the mud off of his face with a paw. "Well! That was... unexpected."

Reimei laughed her wind chime laugh and cleaned the rest of the mud off Lance's face with the end of her tail. "We can clean up at the well." She explained with a cheery smile.

"Alright then." He said with a nod of his head, eyes slitting into a foxish appearance as he smiled, giving a flick of his ears to get most of the mud off and out of them. "Where do you suppose the road leads after we visit the well?" Lance asked, giving a twitch of his nose at the feeling of having cold mud on it, swiping it away with his paw once again.
