The Typhlosion didn't bother digging through his admittedly hazy early memories of this place, or his more recent ones. He knew how someone with power carried themselves.. or at least, how Pokemon did. And humans, however they tried to convince themselves that they were the superior, usually carried themselves the same way.

Quil gave a dirisive snort. "No. The humans I've seen are too pathetic to have been him. Whining about a few burns when they should be watching their hands around my fire..."

This actually earned a snicker from the Typhlosion. "A Slowpoke would be more accurate. But I see what you mean. Most humans tend to be like that." No matter how disappointing that was...

Either it was the hopeless romantics, or the ignorant fools, but any human Quil had ever met failed to take the proper precautions with him - or any other pokemon - at the outset. It was only after several... incidents... that they'd learned. Of course, he'd heard of the mystical breed of humans who were smarter than the rest... but he'd yet to meet any of them.

Quil's gaze wandered as he thought. As interesting as the topic of conversation was, he was starting to lose interest. He'd wanted to excersize for a bit before going back outside...
