Iconised Ghost Soul Fighters Leg Kicks Iconised Ghost whats liniment? some kind of electrolite replacement product? Also, i just thought that you could use deepheat, or whatever your equivalent of deepheat is 3nodding Liniment is like IcyHot or what not I use the Thai Stuff with the Rhino on it, but they got all sorts of other s**t Electrolytes are a good idea - some gatorade or fruit juices right after training. Make sure you get enough protein too. I don't recommend protein shakes unless you're really training hard. Just make sure you get enough protein in your diet either way. Worst case scenario, Ibuprofen ah cool, sounds like liniment is the same as deepheat pretty much Yeah I think in general, if you have a balanced diet and are hydrated well, you'll feel better

The best thing for sore muscles is what made them sore in the first place.

Herr Grimm The best thing for sore muscles is what made them sore in the first place. Unless it's over training. But I often tell myself, "If you want to be CHAMPION, there is no such thing as overtraining" Anyway, you just don't want to burn out. Train everyday all you want, but get adequate rest.

The peanuts and eggs s**t is ridic. You'd have to down such an inconcievably large amount of both to really get the same benefits.
Protein powders and such are meant as a supplement, not to replace your protein intake.

Soy has the highest protein content of all plants and hemp comes in second. Hemp protein, however, has all the essential amino acids that soy doesn't. Just an fyi for the veggie-ma-tarians out there.
