Rosie wiggled her fingers on her injured hand making sure it hadn't taken serious damage. it seemed fine but no reason to rsik it now. With Rosies good hand she once more danced her arm greatfully through the thorns not being touched by any of the barbed vines. she picked free a few more aloe leafs before returning them to her bag and grunting as she redistibuted the wieght. This was starting tog et tiresome and her mouth was starting to hurt, but her other hand hurt to much to hold such wieght. Anyways she was almost done, just a few more leafs and she should have enough to make a big enough dose to help heal the kittens.

Rosie figured it was now or never to start using her hand again. She flexed her fingers on her blood crusted hand as she reached into the bush, it danced passed the barbs grabing an aloe leaf, and unfortunetaly a vine of the brabed plant. As she pulled up on the leaf she plant tightened around her arm the barbs cut deep into her flesh as she droped the leaf trying to pull her arm swiftly out of the bush. however doing so caused the plant to dig deeper into her arm and its barbs where now planted deep into her flesh. The plant baegan running red with her own blood as she ripped at the plant trying to get it out of her flesh.

Rosie finally got the final thorn removed from her arm, which was not raw and bloody. A small pool of blood was forming the creveses of the tile walkway, and searing pain was passing through her arm. she moved it up and down making sure no major tendons had been cut, or damaged, to her luck they hadn't. She just wanted to get this over with now. she reached bother her arms into the plant scowering for the aloe leaf, to her disbaliefe there was none there, and her arm had once again been entagled in a vine, however she had lost feeling her arm so she felt no pain. She moved on to the next bush, hopething she was more sucessful in this one.

Marcus walked into the garden and almost immediately hated it. It felt to tranquil and peaceful two of the two things Marcus hated. From what Marcus could see the others were already hear and the only one left to find the place was Raine. Hoping that Raine would find the place soon Marcus walked over to the others. He figured that they already knew where the plants were. Walking over Marcus simply said to the others “ hey”. Looking around Marcus thought he saw one of the plants he had read about. When Marcus reached out his gloved hand to grab the plant. His glove got caught on another plant not only did it cut him but it ripped a small hole in his glove. Looking at his glove Marcus sighed and figured he would ask his mother to fix them. After all she was the one who made them. Marcus decided that it would be best if he took off his gloves while he picked the plants so that they don’t get ripped anymore then the one hand was. After taking off his gloves Marcus searched for the plant again. Hoping that no one would see the X shaped branding on his hands.

Rosie reached into the bush with both her hands once more, her arms where raw, and she had lost a nice portion of blood. both her arms keept getting cut by the razor sharp thorns of this bush... something was wierd, thorns shouldn't have been this sharp, then again she had never been touched by anything sharp before, so perhaps her skin was just thin. She couldn't find any aloe in this bush either and she was begining to become light headed. She stood up clenching her bag tighter still in her mouth, it was heavy, but her arms where getting tired, and she was having trouble senseing anything. when she was done with this she would wrap up her hands and get some sleep... Wait a second... where are her arm wrapes, every morning before she left... But her arms where bare... wierd.

rosies arms trebeled and she restored to her last option. She droped the bag out of her mouth reaching her head into the plant. The bushes thorns did not cetch on her face and she easlie smelt out the aloe plant. As she bit into it to rip it from the ground a gel like froth poored into her mouth, it was bitter and disguesting, but until she wraped up her arms she would have to deal with it. As she dropped the plant into her bag she spit trying to remove the fould taste from her mouth. Her breathing was labored and she could tell that there was not more bounty to be plucked from this bush. She picked up the bag with her mouth mothing on to the next one.

Rosie giggled as she droped the bag again kneeling down in front of the bush, she reached into the bush, once more reaching the plant without her face getting so much as glanced by the thorns. The bitter taste once more filled her mouth. As she droped the plant into the bag she ziped it up clenching the shoulder strap once more into her mouth. She made her way over to akeru throwing her bag at his feet. She giggled falling into the lake. The drifted on her back as she water washed away the crusted blood from her amrs. You could see the places where she had been cut, as the water around her became red. "It's so nice you know." Rosie spoke driftingly. Less to Akeru and more to herself. She closed her eyes as she floated on her back, "La dee da didi dum di dum." Rosie sang to herself as her cloths began to soak through, it was cooling agianst her skin and made her smile as the pain ran away from her body.

The cut on his hand didn’t look that bad it wasn’t bleeding constantly so he didn’t care that much about it. looking around Marcus was trying to find the plant again. After a short search Conan reached for another plant. If he remembered right he needed the leafs off the thing. As he was reaching for Marcus yet again cut his hand on some kind of sharp plant. Taking his hand back Marcus said out loud “Dammit” Marcus then spit at the plant that had cut him. “ basterd” Marcus swore at the plant as he rubbed his hand.~Find the herbs~

Akeru snapped out of his careful analyzation of the garden and took note of Rosie's wounds. A frown curved his lips. For him, going recklessly without gloves was justified by natural inclination toward dexterity. But Rosie? Blind and death yet plunging her hand in an entanglement of thorns? And even more so...playing in what he believed to be stagnant water, if his theory was correct that this "lake" was not connected to any underground water source. Which, from what he had read of Oto's geography, was impossible as this area was among the rockier ones before giving away to the rice fields further north.
The Uchiha boy slipped off from his temporary seat and trotted lightly over to Rosie. He removed his backpack and took out a first aid kit from the front pouch. "Come now, Rosie-chan." He began, voice quiet but stern. "You should be more mindful of injuries...before they get infected. May I?"

Rosie moaned, she really just wanted to float there but she knew he was right. "Fine." she fliped onto her stomach swimming to the shore. Her cloths where drenched alonge with her hair, and well... Every other part of her body to. She held out her arms to him, the last dripplets of water trickeling of her arm. She was getting gosebumps from the cold, and was infact shivering now that she was out of the water. As soon as her arms where wraped up she would have to dry off as she waited for the other two to finish.

Akeru took Rosie's arms gently and with the rubbing alcohol spray can, he carefully cleaned the wounds. His grip tightened just slightly, expecting Rosie to tense up as the alcohol did sting, before loosening once more. Having done that, with a clean strip of gauze for wrapping injuries, Akeru cleaned away as much of the blood possible...but all the while doing this very gently, so as not to open the newly forming scabs. Having do this, Akeru teared another strip of gauze from the roll and began wrapping up Rosie's injuries. At first, his movements appeared clumsy and insecure but gradually, he became more assertive and finished the wrapping with secured knots.
A slight shake of the head as he had felt Rosie's hands trembled. In fact, the other child's form was shaking - presumably from the cold. Akeru removed his flak jacket, that he had brought because the newscast said it might grow a bit chilly and wrapped it around Rosie. She needed it more than he did, anyways.

Rosie flinched as the alcohol touched her wounds. After the bandages where secrure around her arms Rosie flexed her fingers to make sure that they where not resricting movement. She fliped her dmap hair out of her face giving Akeru a weak smile. "No thank you, I'm fine." Rosie bowed after regecting Akerus jacket. She smiled again before falling backwards landing on the ground with a thud. Crossing her legs she looked up at the dimming sky, "How long til' Oto's back in war?" Rosie laughed trying to keep things light and airy. Her arms stil stung from the alcohol, even though it was her own stupidaty that they got harmed in the first place.

"To a sunnier clearing, then." Akeru pressed on. At least they would dry quicker, then. Staying in damp clothes, after all, offer the chance of catching a cold and kami-sama forbid how he should answer Raito why a 'medical lesson' would end in a cold, whenever that guy showed up. Hm... No doubt that would test his creative ingenuity. Perhaps he should do a bit of research, tuck away random extra information safely in his mind for witty responses in the future... "War?" Akeru looked at Rosie curiously. "The last time, two renegades entered Oto... But...I don't think they were part of any faction." Akeru finished softly. "I wonder where onee-chan is..." Nervously, Akeru haven't realized he had balled his right hand so tightly into a fist that his knuckles were beginning to turn white. He relaxed, to allow the blood flow to return.

Raito came in silently, still have asleep from the earlier morning at Raine's house. He stratched the back of his head and wondered if anybody noticed he had dropped by the small quick food store for lunch. He stood away from everyone else but looked around to see Rosie, Akeru, Raine, and Marcus. Had everybody else slacked off? Well, they'd be changed into a different class soon enough. For now, three kids was plenty enough for Raito's taste. Besides, the first three had grown on him quite well. Especially Rosie. Such a small girl with such a great spirit. Raine was by far the most like him when he was younger. He sighed and looked to the side in thought.

Rosie perked up, someone was coming. "Raito." Rosie giggled. "Raitos comeing!" Rosie jumped up and down squeeling, she hadn't been this happy sense she first saw Akeru after coming back from Alluras house. Rosie smiled hugging Akeru, Raito was Rosies third teacher after all, Kira being her first. Her friends where well and training was finally getting serious, now this was the life she had come to Oto for. "Ake... Er Reimei, you know why this means?" Rosie rested her hands on his shoulders, "It means things are going to start geting a lot tougher."" She giggeled holding Akeru to her still slightly damp body. Blood had started to soak through the gauze and was now in fact staining her wrap.
