Trust a man whose name she didn't even know. "It...It is okay. I-I'll...just be leaving now..." Zana started to walk to the left, having no idea if that was the way to headquarters or not, no idea if whatever was going to happen was going to hurt her, or even what he meant by 'moon my shadow'. But she thought it wise to quickly leave the mean...obviously mentally ill, pae. Perhaps if she was lucky, she'd come across the House of Healing and she could send someone back here for the male.

"I wouldn't leave just yet, it's getting dangerous out here" He followed after her and summoned his shadow blad,e slicing the shadows that came near them
"Still protecting the Pae'il from my shadows Shadow, how sweet" A femine shadowy figure appeared above them with her yellow eyes staring down at them. She sent more shadows at them and looked at the female with him "Oh found what I would have looked like if I was the Pae'il not you!"

And now he was following her. Her pace quickened, especially as he pulled forth a weapon. The female above however, froze her in her tracks. Zana slowly looked up, looking at the shadowy creature. It reminded her a lot like eldest brothers power. A small step back. And here she stood without a power. Run for it, try to blend in, or trust the strange man. She liked the first two best. "What...is going on?" And even now, her voice didn't change from their fall leaf whisperings.

"Everyone has a darker side, believe it or not she's mine..." He stopped more shadows and looked at her "Just stay near me and we'll be fine, she's just stronger aat night, but I can fight her back now"
"True you can hold that blade longer, but you're still not strong enough" She grinned with black lips, her face apeparing from the shadowy shape of her head "I was suppose to be the Pae'il and you were suppose to be my shadow, you stole my life!"

Another step back, preparing to make a run for it. Her first instinct. Run. Run and find raken, or Tristen or even Niday. Currently the shadow didn't seem agressive, and she seemed to be mainly focused on the male. If she moved quickly maybe...but where to go? How was she... stare Of course. She could fly. The pink pae jumped up slightly, her wings catching her and lifting her slim body into the air. She could move much faster her then on the ground...and most of all...there were no shadows in the sky.

"Well as long as she's on me" He knew it was probably better if he didn't follow her back, Moon would most likely attack them both then. He sliced more shadows in half, but they seemed endless, it was a fight against night itself. He lowered his blade to catch a breath, but found he was surrounded
"Face it, you'll always be my shadow and nothing more, I am the one with the real power" She walked over to him and grinned, the night forming her human like face and body "Now just give up and let me become the real Pae'il"

She started to flit away but stopped, looking at the man below. It seemed...so...WRONG to leave him like this...The female quivered slightly in uncertainty, eyes flicking from female to male and back again. "I'll be back." She spoke at last and darted away to Headquarters. True enough, she was there faster then possible with walking, panting slightly from how hard she pressed. Zana dropped down and moved inside, running down the hallways and into Dayhts bedroom. AHA! She grabbed the objects and ran back, feet harshly hitting the ground and wincing at every loud 'smack'. Being fast made you so noisy! Once back out of HQ, she hit the skies again, making a beeline for where she had left them.
OOC: XD she's not a coward...just very very shy.

((I know, Shadow's just use to people running away from hi m because of his powers sweatdrop ))
"You treat shadows like servants, just because we can control them doesn't mean were force them to serve us...Luna knew that" He got up slowly and spun his blade around him, slicing through all the shadows around him
And that's your problem, you've never relied on others, you always wanted to things yourself, but you can't take yourself on" She shifted into a similar form of Shadow, but pink and more feminine look "Little Shadow, you fight so hard just to be the strongest so you don't need anyone, how cute" She grinned and summoned her own blade in her hands "I'll make the shadows devour your flesh and leave nothing left but a shadow of you!"

She moved quickly, the wind ruffling up her soft pink hair as she sped forwards. So...tired...Come on! She yelled at herself, continuing on. The female stopped as the pinkish form was in view and started shuffling around with the items at hand. A flashlight, Dayhts eternal firefly that was big as a fist, and a camera. She flicked the flash on the camera on. The definition of shadows was merely the absence of light. Where there was no light, there was shadow. The opposite was thusly true. When there was light, there was no shadow. She lifted the camera to her eye. Not much of a brighter flare in the dark night then a camera flash! If nothing else...this would hurt. She pressed the button, filling the surrounding area with pure white light for an instant, freezing everything in the second within the confinds of film.

((Yep, darkness is misunderstood alot. I'll Be back later, I have a friend coming over, cya later))
"! You came back?" He was surprised to see the female Pae'il actually came back, it was really the first time anyone else helped him stop Moon "Th, thanks, I guess I was wrong about you"
"My shadows!" She looked at her face turn black as well and shift back into a shadow from the flash of light. She turned to the girl in anger and back at Shadow
This isn't over, both of you will pay" She melted into the ground and left the silent night

She blushed faintly, lowering the camera. Good damage. The female winced as the shadow female screamed at her the ominous warning. She slowly flew down, her feet touching the soft grass before letting her wings go still. The female was softly panting, worn out from the run. You never knew how far headquarters was until you flew full speed at it. Her legs quivered weakly even as she forced herself to remain standing. Even walking over to the male, her blush darkening. "...you should carry some light with you..." Zana spoke quietly, not looking at him as she hesitantly extended the flashlight to him. "...incase she comes back."

"Thanks, but it's not so easy" He made his blade disappear and looked at her "She usually isn't strong enough to take over shadows, the shadow world is acting strange" He looked down at the ground. Though it was too dark to see, he had no shadow under him. He took the flashlight and shined it at a tree, his hand moving slowly over the path of the light and nothing appeared to block the light "..."

Nothing ever was so easy. She almost took a step back when his blade disapeared into thin air, barely resisiting the urge. So many questions she wanted to ask, but not daring to open her mouth. Until of course, his hand moved over the light. Her lips parted in shock and disbelief, eyes flickering to the male. "...Y...you..." Slowly she reached out to touch his arm, fingers whisping the skin on his shoulder as she half expected them to go through.

He flicked the switch of the flashlight and looked at her, seeing he frithened her with his little test "Don't be alarmed, I am not a shadow, but I am missing one...like I said, she was my shadow" He stopped her hand and moved it away "Forgive me, I should have never gotten you involved, I apologize"

The female softly sighed, not even thinking about how she had tried so hard not to be involved. The hand that moved hers away was firm. Solid. She didn't understand, but he seemed real. Or this was all a dream. One really...really odd dream. "...its alright..." Zana spoke softly, pulling the touched hand to her chest protectively. "She came on her own." The female deeply blushed here, her pale eyes on the ground. "...like I had come back on my free will." Probably the most she had ever said at one time for at least a month.
