Looking at your knife stories (all of which made me laugh, even though I'm sure they were uber painful!), I recalled one time last year. I was trying to carve up chocolate that had just been taken out of the fridge for s'mores. Stupidly, instead of placing knife against the chocolate horizontally, or warming the chocolate in the microwave to soften it up, I put the sharp tip against the chocolate and was pushing down. As you can imagine, the chocolate snapped open, and the knife went straight down into the cutting board underneath. The knife skidded off of the cutting board and sliced straight and deep into my index finger. It hurt like a b***h, and it's a good thing no one else was home, because I was cursing at the top of my lungs for the next five minutes. XD
I've also stepped on a nail (which didn't hurt as much as you might think, but I was wearing thick sneakers at the time as well), had my cat bite me so hard I still have the scar, fallen onto the corner of a cupboard as a child and ended up with a very small dent in my forehead, and had my mother scar me trying to take off a temporary tattoo as a child. Ah, childhood.
