Ya, I like BF a lot. Packers are probably my #3 team, after the Chargers and Bears. Peton Manning actually, I think he will have some records, but never all of the ones BF has.

If he stays healthy, and plays about as many years as Favre, Peyton Manning will have some of those records. I see him getting Touchdowns, Yardage, and maybe even Games won. I, however, don't see Manning getting consecutive games started, interceptions, completions/attempts (because the Colts have a much more even pass vs. rush sceme that the Packers lack). I also do not see Manning get as many SuperBowl rings.

...I actually went to the previous Giants game vs. the Packers, where Favre became the most winning-est QB.

Well, as of right now, they both have one Super Bowl ring.

I see Favre holding on to most of his records beyond Manning, because the Colts are bound to change over time, and if the O-line worsens or the receiving corps becomes less talented, Manning's stats will suffer. Just look at the past few games where Manning hasn't had some of his top receivers.

I meant superbowl appearances, sorry. I really don't see the Colts going anywhere with their stars aging, although they were probably the best team of the last decade.

...but I do see Manning getting some of those records.

Anyways, yea. Ugoh and another tackle being out, along with Harrison and Gonzales has really (and I mean really) hurt them.

mmhmm, I think Favre will live on in a lot of his ercords, but Manning ha potential for some.

it is a poosibility that manning does break some of brett or someother qb's records. wat really makes me mad is wen ppl say that tom brady is the new brett favre. in my eyes, there will never be another brett favre. outside football brett's wife is a breast cancer survivor. there is not and never will be another brett favre. brady can break as many records as he wants 2 but it still will never measure up 2 how much passion brett has 4 the game no matter how old he gets. he will probebly retire soon but i can almost garentee his kids will play football just by watching brett show how much passion he has 4 the game.

Just because Favre is breaking every record set by Dan Marino, it doesn't mean people will be forgetting about Dan Marino. A good player's legacy goes beyond the stats.

But even though he is current, you can put Favre up there with the great mid-style Quarterbacks, such as Marino, Montana, Aikman, Simms, Moon, and Elway.

Yea, should be a great one.

Yet, I would pick the Cowboys, in a close one.

...guess I have to go over someone's house, or a sports bar, because I don't have NFL Network. This really sucks. stare ...I really don't mind paying, but they should have it available on cable...

Ya, in Alaska, they only show 3 games every sunday... a morning, an afternoon, and the night game. It's retarded. They always have the seahawks game on... Ya,,, we always go to a sports bar, because the Chargers aren't on a lot on Cable, but the sports bar we go to has all the games. It's an awesome place, too. Free pool. lol, but anyways, ya.

Guy's the best.. and most humble quarterback of all-time dont you agree sorry Elway). He just broke the record for most touchdown passes, for a pass to Jennings again.

lol.
Is any other QB gona play for 100 years.
