Sugar was running as fast as she could, but it was not enough, Spotty quickly catched up the space. He tagged her back as quickly as she did to him.
Turning her head back to see him, she laughed and then she took a serious look and with a smirk she said : "You're fast, but i will catch you back quickly".

The stallion sprinted away as he tagged the mare, his heart racing. How he loved tag! Every once and a while Spotty would glance back to see Sugar right on his tail. She was quite fast for a mare and it had been a while since Spotty had any good competition. Before he knew it, Spotty realized that the two horses had run all the way to the forest. "Can you catch me?" Spotty laughed as he took a turn into the trees.

Sugar was fast too, she catched the path faster than she thought actually, but Spotty was still on the head, they arrived near the forest without realised it. But it was not luck for Spotty, Sugar knew very well the forest.
She come often here with her friends.
"You will lost your luck Spotty, i know the forest better than you i think. So yes i will catch you" she turned into the trees and took the path she knew the smaller to catch the stallion.

Spotty began to dodge and run through the tall trees. He had often played in the forest and found the area to be framilar and easy to navigate through. But it was also apparent that the mare chasing him was also very framilar with the forest. Looking back, Spotty could see Sugar taking a different root. "She must know another way to go." the stallion thought as he decided to stray from the path he was on.
This game of tag was turning out to be a lot more fun than Spotty thought it would be. This was how the stallion liked to play. Strategy always made games more exciting.

Sugar was surprised apparently the stallion knew the forest well too actually. She didn't expect it, it would be interresting.
She picked an other way again to catch him, she would see if he knew how to escape to her.
Then the way was really faster, she catched up with him before he realised it and stood up in front of him when he looked behind.
"You mistaked" she said laughing tagging him quickly.

Spotty thought he had managed to loose Sugar in the forest. Apparently he was wrong. The mare knew obviously knew her way through the trees and quickly tagged the stallion. Spotty watched as Sugar ran off ahead of him. He wasn't even close to being tired yet. But it would be to his advantage to take the game out of the forest. After all, Spotty's running was better suited to the open air.

Sugar was really amused, she loved this game. She could played long, but Spotty will not win in the forest so she decided to go out, like this the game could continue. She turned quickly after some tree and she arrived outside, near a river.

Spotty knew that Sugar was not far behind him and looking back confirmed that. She was a very fast mare after all. To Spotty's left there was a relatively narrow river and Spotty decided to make the game a little more interesting. Picking up speed, the stallion made a giant leap over the river. Then he made a clear landing and kept on going.

The mare saw Spotty picking up speed and went in the river. Some water went on her coat and hairs. "Ohh you play a dangerous game" she smirked. She still followed him. He was really good. It was really interresting, the other one she met before were calm. She liked running much.
She tried to pick some shell but it was hard because she was too fast to catch it.

The stallion looked behind and saw that Sugar was still right behind him. He had been worried that she might have been able to make the leap over the river. But she did it as well as Spotty had. This mare was quite the runner!
For a change of pace, Spotty slowed down and went by Sugar's side, but stayed a few feet back from her. Then he started inching closer and closer before suddenly stopping and heading off in another direction.

Sugar saw the stallion coming closer and then when she was ready to touch him he heading off in another direction. She was so surprise she actually slide and fall in the water which was not too far from her right now.

Spotty turned around just in time to see Sugar fall in the water. He had changed directions too quickly for her. Feeling a big guilty, the stallion started galloping back to where Sugar was. He hoped that she didn't get hurt because of him.
"Are you alright?" Spotty asked as he reached the spot where the mare lay.

Sugar was alright, she was actually laughing at herself. "I'ma alright don't worry" she said with a smile as she stood up on her leg. "I'm all wet now, i will need to stay under the sun." she winked and touched him on his neck. "You lost" she laughed again. "Maybe the game is finished because of me ?"

Spotty couldn't help but laugh with the mare. Sugar was all wet from falling in the water, it would probably take a while for her to get dry. The stallion had momentarily forgotten they were playing tag, that is, until Sugar tagged him. But he knew that the mare might get too cold if she ran while she was that wet.
"Maybe we should stop," Spotty said admitting defeat, "I wouldn't want you to catch a cold or something."

The mare went out of the water. "No i don't want, there is many babies at home, would be bad if i'm ill." she smiled. She sat on the sand under the sun to get dry.
"Come on, the sun is great" she winked "you're wet too."
