"Aww...I hope she's enjoying herself."
Somehow, Amary wasn't surprised to hear that Luca was on the move again. She remembered cuddling up with her brother at her parents' knees as a foal, listening to the two of them tell stories of their lives, youths, experiences, and how they'd met; one thing that had always stuck out to Amary was the adventurous life both her mother and father lead, roaming the world and living on their own terms. It had seemed so exciting to her, and she could never quite figure out why her mother was content to remain as sedentry as she was during their youths. She and Leon were tough, they could have traveled with her or their dad! Though she had to admit, it was probably for the best that Luca had been constant, if just for a little while.
Musing on that, Amary leaned a bit more heavily on Leon than she probably ought to, meeping as the two suddenly went falling over into the grass. So much for grace and dignity!

Leon broke out into a booming laugh, a deeper, richer sound that one might suspect from one so quiet and reserved as he was. But of all the soquili in the world (thus far), his sister was the best at drawing him out and getting him to laugh. And laugh he did no, rolling in the starlit grass with the dearest in the lands to him. He carefully kept his hooves from striking her, but rolled and tossed his head against the soft turf beneath him. He even reached and nipped her repeatedly, still chuckling loudly.
"Knock me over, will you?" he chortled, leaning his own weight against her. "I'll show you, you... you..... sister!" Still laughing, he continued to tumble and play with his fairer sister as if they were both foals again. He loved romping with her, at any time of day. Why not beneath the brightly shimmering stars on a night when she probably would have had a tryst of some kind or another, had she not loved him so very much.
Despite his romantic loneliness, life was good for Juan de Leon.

There was a certain element of shock and fear that came from unexpectedly falling over, and Amary would be lying if she denied that for a brief moment she was terrified. However, that fear rapidly gave way to amusement and her merry giggling laughter soon rang along with her brother's deep laughter as the two siblings rolled along in the grass, she returning his nips with some well placed ones of his own. It was nice to know that things hadn't changed too much, just because they were adults.
Yes...the more things changed, the more that they really stayed the same, didn't they?
Regardless, she was good with that.
