Violent Talker Lady Xavia why make a manga about hellsing......?its not that i think its bad its quite good actually but i think it was a little unnessesery are you talking about the ani-manga? hmm......yes

Keyblades_R_Kool Do they sell the manga in America? I haven't seen it whenever I go to bookstores yeah...dude they sell it like everywhere

Well, if there's no manga, then there's no anime. Hellsing anime is actually based on the manga. If you're asking why have a manga in the first place, ask the artist and publisher... I believe the manga was first released in 1997 and the anime in 2001.

(lack of a better description). yes it is Thanks for the clear up. The ani-manga of Hellsing may be redundant, but maybe it's used to reach people who can't afford the anime? At least give readers a glimpse as to what it is. Also, it does have a slightly different story opposed to the original manga.

yeah just bought the first two volumes of hellsing cause of the Geneon incident but yeah I would still buy the anime if vol 4 comes out

I've read the first 78 or so chapters of the Hellsing manga, and it's not even finished. Apparently they only come out with chapters sporadically or something.

They were totally in the middle of a super epic battle. 3nodding I cry I am only on chapter 24, but I am reading!! I've read volumes 1, 2 and 4 (I can't find 3 or any others at my local store). I've also watched the entire TV series and the OVA series to date. I love the manga and the OVA, but not really impressed with the TV series. I want MORE!!! crying

Umoaney243 Is there a big difference between the story of the manga and the story of the anime? Yes there is. sweatdrop In the beginning of anime it goes almost like manga. But at the end anime just goes wrong. OVA's are telling the truth ya better watch them. mrgreen For me manga is better than anime. And OVAs are between them. whee Anybody know when the 4th OVA is coming? neutral Dying to see it! sweatdrop domokun xp
