To Noyana, that was a yes to the gorge! "Sweet! Well, it's off that way," Noyana said as she pointed a yellow paw on a diagonal. She started to head off with the adult. "So a desert? I've never been to a desert, I don't think I'd like it too awful much... Too hot, from what I hear. Who knows though?" Noyana asked turning her face up to the adult. "I might like it, I'll have to go travel to one when I'm bigger." She gave a big grin at the thought. Noyana liked a couple of things more than all else: Exploring and hunting.

"Lead the way." Malika responded padding lightly behind the brightly colored female unable to prevent the large grin that continued to spread across her lips. It was nice to meet someone with as much energy and spirit as Noyana did. It was also easier to get along with someone like the younger female. "The desert is not a forgiving place, if you are not in the right place at least." The white female explained with a light nod.
"If you find an oasis, like the one I was at, it's not as hot as other places are, like out in the open sand, which can be harsh and unforgiving unless it is dark." Malika continued glad that she was able to talk about her past home in a happier light. "Then it's more cool and relaxing. Although it is not a place most would travel it might be worth the time to go across it."

The bright juve started to pad off towards the gorge, it would be a bit of a walk, but nothing too bad. Noyana pondered such a place, seriously. Before, her thoughts were simply hot, sandy... ugh. She was used to the grassy Pridelands, but a desert didn't seem that bad now... Not if you knew what you were doing. She wouldn't want to walk into one cluelessly. "I'd like to see an oasis someday," Noyana said, trotting alongside to keep up with the easy pace of an adult. Still, it sounded pretty bad if you got lost. But an explorer never worried about such things! Noyana was as bold as the first ray of light to wake up the world every day, she wasn't afraid of much. "I've never been very far outside of the Pridelands, but I'd like to explore someday..." She said, voice trailing off at the thought.
