"Not all. I know a few who are ... very nice. But, there are some, who ... dislike many others, no matter what their colour is." She frowned, somewhat upset by her pride's ways. Though, at the mention of a lioness, her ears perked. "Nuri, hmm? I've heard the name, but I can't say I know anything about here or of here whereabouts. I'm sorry ..." She looked to the ground for a moment, before peering up, as her den opening.
"Hey look, we're almost there!" She excitingly darted towards her home, the sand racing through her fur. "Come on, Aten, my den is right over there!"

"Alright," he answered quietly, "I'll follow." At this point he was far too drained and slipped and slid his was on the sands to Kiun's Den watching almost with child like fear as she entered. What if this is a trap? His heart rate excelerated and he shivered visibly in the cold air. Kiun's to nice for that, she wasn't at first but now she is okay, okay Aten? Pull it together big guy!
The unusual sensation of the sands made everything seem eerie and almost sereal to the adolescent and he decided his best bet was to just tag along behind her. If it was a trap he would take it like a man, after all he was one of them, he would take whatever they threw at him in hopes that he could take the beating like a true warrior and they would accept that.

Kiunguza didn't hear his last comments, but jolted towards her den with a rather jumpy excitement. Though it was only a few hours since being back, it was nice to return to her empty little home. She paused at the opening and peered in. The inside floor was covered with dried grass, and sand, to keep the den decently warm. The opening wasn't very large at all, so it wasn't like all the heat would just simply escape.
"Feel free to come inside whenever your ready, Aten. I won't force you -- though, its much warmer in here than outside." She smiled and then padded lightly over to one of the corners and sat down slowly. Shaking her fur free of excess sand, she made herself more comfortable on the ground. With a yawn, she laid down and awaited for the male to come inside.

The earthy red male hesitated, faultered and then stepped forward, ducking slightly he entered the den and was instantly relieved. Before, he thought, no was sure that someone would get him. He smiled warmly, I was sure this was a trap, I'm so sorry for well, being so rude." He sat down farthest away from her trying to make her feel comfortable sharing her space with him.
"In the grave yard I used to sleep in an elephant head, now that was something," he spoke softly and gave her a large smile, a real smile. He was home sick for the head, but thought that Ibada might be taking over for now for him, keeping his treasures safe.
Between being fearful and roughing the wind and cold the den was an instant relief and he wanted to curl up and sleep, but would not do so until his hostess turned in, he still wanted to keep an eye on her before he let himself be so vulnerable.
