I think that being feminine just mean to be or to like a female just with the way you dress, how you present yourself and how you act. I think that's all it is, as simple and as complex as that.

 I wear only eye liner and mascara. I use the eye liner for mah eyebrows because my hair is dark and my eyebrows are so light you can barely see them. o_o I have no reason for the mascara... well, actually... I do... It makes me feel like a raccoon. >3<

ok...
let me answer your question with a question of my own...
does putting on make up change how a person behaves? how a person reacts? or how the person is in general?
looks are only skin deep... its the inside... the emotion of what goes on in the heart... that truly make the women the women...
its the kindness that attracts... not the "whiteness" or "non-wrinkly-ness" of how a girl looks...
its the insides that matter... and any guy... who says different... im sorry... but they are just wasting their breath....
its the same with guys though... outside is outside... what really matters... is the heart... thats what determines who you are, and what people see in you...
"femanin" is the term generally used to relate to "female" tasks... weather it be cleaning the house or doing stuff like that...
also with other stuff [things i wouldnt want to discuss....]
but, sadly... to me... there isnt a thing... cause a "classification" can be given when there are more than 1 option... and when you say "masculin" it just means a guy who sits and drinks beer while watching football on tv or something.... so it basically makes no sense to use it as a classification for how people behave......
