I'm 23 and I end up making everyone's costumes. My friends and I go to pumpkin patches EVERY weekend. We also go to 2-4 haunted houses per week. And to top it off, we throw huge elaborate parties.
My interest in Christmas is waning though.

I still love halloween and I'm 17. I'll probably lose interest as soon as people stop giving me candy.

The older I get, the more interested in it I become. Halloween is more enjoyable to me as an adult then when I was a child.

I'm 20 years old, and I haven't lost interest yet. In fact, last year was the very first time I didn't go trick-or-treating. And it wasn't because I wasn't interested; it was because I had a class that went until about 8:30 pm, so I didn't have time. sad I still got dressed up in costume, though. wink
It might've broken a certain routine, though. Ever since, I haven't been sure if I'm going to go trick-or-treating this year either. But I'm STILL going to get dressed up. In fact, I've got my costume planned out and have the two basic pieces of it already. mrgreen
I don't think I'll ever lose interest in Halloween. That sounds kind of childish to me, and I might outgrow some of the stuff involved in it . . . but as of right now and for most of my life, it's been my favorite time of year. So even if I stop trick-or-treating, I'll probably still dress up, play music, hang out with friends, watch movies, decorate, run around Party City, etc.. mrgreen heart

Minimerick I'm in my mid 20's and my finace and i already have our halloween costumes set to go, and i'm in the process of breaking out my home decor this week. Halloween is just to fun. And if you get sick of candy, just had out snack bags of chips! hehe. Halloween is much more then just candy and sugar-buzzed children roaming the streets... its the change in seasons, the bitter cold nipping at you, the frost on your windshields in the early morning, the sun setting earlier, and the smells of burning leaves and wood stoves, and the apple cider... it's a last hoorah before the snow sets it. wink Sums it up rather nicely. I don't think I'll really lose interest in it. Every October, I start feeling like I could explode from excitement! And then, there's something about the air...that I can smell Halloween coming. Ah, pure bliss~ And this year, I'm going to two neighborhoods, so I'm definitely ready! (Though I'll need rather comfy clothes...aka no stockings. D< )

I think there is so many more options for Halloween than any other holiday, so it's still very exciting.

I'm twenty years old and I still love Halloween. Although, I haven't trick-or-treated in years because most will think I'm going to rob them.
