I was able to try absinthe a few months ago. Very strong, I think it was 60-70%. I had it poured over a spoon full of brown sugar which didn't do a lot for the taste. Needless to say I have about 5 or 6 shots and still drove home that night.

I took a shot of that, and (this is my opinion sorry if it clashes with yours but im not offending anyone! sweatdrop )) it tasted horrible to me. ahehe
