Gosh, are all Time Lords/Ladies other than The Doctor evil?

Triska I've seen the sketch. In truth the Rani turned up 3 times. There was a Dr. Who Children in need special YEARS ago staring Doctor number 3 to Doctor number 7. The Rani created a devise that would send the Doctor into a dimension where nothing makes any sense. Something that would drive the Doctor mad. However, the Doctor did something that resulted in HER going into that dimension. I would say, that her coming back was a case where the effects of the Time War caused her ship to pop out of that dimension. That's the explanation I can come up with.
Would that be Dimensions in Time? If so, I don't believe that's considered canon, since it was a charity special thing.

No, they're not all evil. Check out the classic series sometime. Otherwise I doubt you'll get to see any not-evil ones. RTD probably only wants to bring back villains.

There's Romana and Drax and (arguably) Rassilon and Susan and Azmael... and yeah, the rest are pretty much evil. o_O

I know RTD is interested in bringing back the bad guys, but I think it would be great for the Doctor to find friends and family.

Gah so excited about season 4. Mind you the US is still on season 3 but two more episodes and that's it. Hmm it will be a while before we get season 4 huh? Like after it ends in the UK?
Ah...Donna...Martha guest starring in Torchwood...this is too much for me! "My head!" lol
Ooh can't wait for season 2 of Torchwood but the US is just beginning season 1. biggrin
Who will be the 4th doc? I heard that Tennant is only staying til' halfway through the 4th season. I dunno. razz
