It seemed almost unfathomable as to how he could speak of what rapture filled his mind along with the eerie voice within his head. Ezriel had come to the fact that he was different and that there was something about him that was distantly estranged from others and how was he suppose to speak of the matter concerning the battle of right and wrong, light and dark or of what plauged him to anyone else? They would surely think he was mad, crazy or certainly not one of them and the last thing he needed was another label or a name.
Ezriel had managed to catch Dante looking towards him and, simply, the brilliantly white colt simply looked elsewhere and stared at the ground below as his ears fell back against his head.
As his mother nuzzled against him, then Glamrock, the colt subconciously bit his lower lip and looked up towards the two with an expression that was relaxed, although quiet, while he did his best to surpress the thoughts and worries that troubled him.
Who could imagine that such a young soul was so troubled and conflicted within?
Unexpectedly, he shuddered slightly as his sister, Meera, nuzzled him. Those orbs of nothingness seemed to widen if possible as he tensed slightly, glancing towards her and then quickly looking away to the side as his horned tail flicked behind him. What should he say? What should he do? Why was this so hard!
Ezriel stood there silently although his eyes were growing heavy and the struggle to keep them open was become more of a battle to stay awake. Shaking his head and exhaling through his nostrils, the colt tried to stay alert.
"Where to now?" He mumbled softly, shaking his head yet again as he could feel his body starting to give in to the desire to sleep.

The sleepiness was soon catching on to even Dante, and he felt himself copy the yawn that Ezriel had made. "Where to is right." His eyes looked around at everyone, and he felt himself slump a bit lazily. Everyone's talking was soothing, and he was glad that it wasn't silent around them anymore. They also had cleared the dark part of the forest, so Dante wasn't as scared anymore. Everything was just better, and the colt flicked his tail happily.
Dante knew that he could also always talk with his brother some other time, and he didn't want him to know that he was so concerned with his strange expressions. Ezriel needed time to think about whatever was bothering him anyways, and Dante was quiet even in his own personal musings. A part of him was worried about Meera too, and at her lack of speech. He really was a worry wart at times, and he wished his anxiety would just leave him alone.
"Mom, Glamrock, are you guys tired too?" His little eyes stared back and forth on each of them, and he was worried for their sake as well. "Especially if you wasted energy searching for us, I bet you are exhausted."

"I am pretty tired," Korrine admitted. "I'd prefer you not to cross the stream until the sun was out to properly warm and dry your bodies. Perhaps we should rest here until morning?" The grass was soft enough and the stream was nearby if any of the little ones became thirsty. It seemed as good of a spot as any. Also, if danger would happen to come, they would have plenty of forest to run into for cover. She lowered herself to the ground and motioned for the foals to come closer. Meera wasted no time snuggling up against her mother, despite the light dampness the stream had caused.
Glamrock walked around to curl up on the other end so that a circle could be formed. The two adults were north and south, the two male foals east and west and little Meera was safe in the center. "Tomorrow, you can tell us of your adventure but for now, it is best we get to sleep before the sun comes out to play." Though she wouldn't admit it, she would probably stay up for a few hours longer to make sure that everything was fine. She had come to love the foals as if they were her own. She even considered Korrine as a daughter despite their racial differences.

Ezriel watched as their mother slowly lowered herself to the ground and beakoned them to come closer and, slowly, the brillinatly white colt treaded forwards just as Glamrock curled up at the other end in forming a circle where watchful eyes could be the first to divert danger or prevent any mishaps or situations where a life could be lost or taken by things which most felt uncomfortable speaking of.
His body sank low upon the plush grass as he curled his horned tail around him in a suitable angle where the weaponry that adroned his spaded tail wouldn't harm anyone around him or himself for that matter. Eyes of utter nothingness glanced around, drawing heavy as a yawn escaped from his maw just as he shook his head again.
Ezriels crimson mane whisped about before his eyes slightly and knitted his brows as he glanced towards each individual while his head sunk down upon his foreleg and his body tucked close.
"Night mom, night Glamrock, Dante, Meera," he spoke soft and low as his nostrils exhaled a small breath and sleep began to take him hostage within a world of dreams and deep slumber.
It had been a long day!

Dante was swift in letting his body find the ground, and he smiled at the formation that they had made on the grass. It was always so comforting, to sleep like that. It made him feel invincible, and it was the barrier he needed to keep himself mentally stable.
Before he could respond to his brother's goodnight, his eyes had already closed themselves, and he had fallen into a deep sleep. He was absolutely exhausted, and all he needed to do was allow his mind to dream peacefully. He was where he wanted to be, and all of the pain and sadness he felt earlier from being lost had escaped his mind completely.
Finally, a calm sense of being. Dante felt thankful that he was able to just, rest.
