"You can see me?" Robert said to the girl who had appeared near him. She wasn't moving slow like the man, so he had to assume she was his ally. "Nevermind, of course you can or you wouldn't have asked, right? I'm not sure what's going on but I think we need to leave this area." He gestured to the man who was slowly turning around and running away. "He can't see us, but he knew I was there when I... I... went inside of him. I guess I possessed him, I dunno. We need to find out what's going on."
He started to run past the girl and turned, "I'm Robert Kinomoto, by the way. Don't ask me my identification and rank because I have no idea."

I walk outside and look around for the poltergeists. I see none.
The must travel fast. I say to myself. Unless they r still inside.
I run back into the lab and go towards where the poltergeists' chambers were.

Maia noticed that the man who was moving at normal speed seemed to be as confused as she was. She didn't think that they knew each other, but she couldn't be sure. There seemed to be so much that she felt she should know that she didn't.
What ever. Time to worry about that later. For right now, she had a feeling that Robert was right. The slow-moving man had seemed rather freaked as he'd "run" out of the room. There was little doubt that he was going to tell someone what he'd just experienced, and reinforcements would be sent in.
With barely a moment's hesitation, she followed Robert out. "I'm Maia Ailoki. Don't feel so bad. I haven't a clue to mine either."

I run towards where the poltergeists were contained. I start to slow down as I come nearer. I look around carefully eyeing everything looking for those colorful lights they told us poletgeists could be seen as. I see some lights in the distance but they are the lights that correspond to the chambers and they are blinking red meaning the poltergeist got out. As I start to give up I see other colorful lights off in the distance. Two sets of light actually. The first set is blue and purple (maia) the other set is yellow and orange (robert). I start to walk faster towards those lights somewhat drawn to them still not sure if they are the poltergeist or something else.

Robert nodded at Maia, glad to have someone in the same boat as him. He saw a girl slowly run into the room and look toward them. "We should get out of here and try to figure this out before fighting anybody." He took a turn down a hall and almost ran into six guards slowly running, each with guns. Robert jumped back and up against a wall. On the wall was a fire alarm switch, and when Robert pushed against it he fell into it.
Suddenly he was looking out through a red haze at at the guards. He tried to move his hands felt a shock of electricity pulse through him.
All over this part of the facility, sprinklers and alarms turned on and off sporadically. People (already in pandemonium over the Poltergeist getting loose) are now completely confused and many are getting scared. Robert pushed out of the machine and stood up in the hall. He sat still for a few seconds until he realized the sprinklers were on. The water droplets were moving just as slow as everything else, and in a daze Robert reached a hand out to them. It went right through the droplets. He looked down and wasn't wet at all. All the drops of water simply went straight down and through him to the floor. My god... he thought, What am I?
He pushed those thoughts down: it would do no good to go into a nervous breakdown. Maybe he would have time later, but not now. His training was too strong for that. He ran past the guards, glancing back at Maia.

Maia nodded in agreement as she watched the girl running in slow motion. If she hadn't been so weirded out by the entire situation, Maia would have found this comically fascinating.
As it was, Maia followed Robert out into the hall and nearly smacked right into the guards "running" at them. She jumped back and didn't realize it at the time, but ended up half way in the wall.
What she did realize was that Robert had disappeared into the fire alarm that was hanging on his wall. Her eyes went huge at this, and only got bigger as the sprinklers and alarms started to go off, Robert came back out of the alarm and she saw the water going right through him.
"Dear god, what are you?" she asked in confusion and just a little disgust. That's when she looked down at herself and noticed that half of her body had disappeared into the wall and that the water was passing right through her as well. Now she was really beginning to freak. "My GOD, what am I!!!"
It took all Maia's strength and training not to go into a total melt down right then and there. But as it was she gathered all her strength and followed Robert when he began to run down the hall again. It seemed that, what ever they were, the two of them were the same. Being the only two, they should stick together. Maybe with each other's help, they could figure out what was going on and reverse it.
