"Mm... You're thinking wrong. It takes alot more than just coming across someone in the woods for something like that." She tilted her head high, holding her ground for the moment. She wasn't going to be bullied by some stallion... Even if he was considerably larger than she was... And fanged.
"A girl can talk to a stallion without him expecting anything more out of the deal. Who or what my reasons for not wanting your nose, or anyone else's for that matter, all over me are mine and, I'm afraid, no concern of yours." Again, that slight smirk curved her lips, eyes dancing. "Besides... You can't tell me a stud such as yourself has any intrest at all in little ol' Kat."

"With how much you smell of him it is obvious that you let him do more than talk." There was no excuse for smelling that much like someone else other than gratuitous amounts of time spent in their company.
"My dear. The only thing you would be useful to me for is a good meal or two. I have absolutely no interest in using your flesh for anything else." He straightened up and grinned at her. "Your attempts at playing coy are doing nothing but reminding me that i should have bit your nose off while you were lost in thought"

"You know... You're not all that different from the last striped creature of your kind I met in the woods." She snorted softly as she gave her head another light toss. "What is it about you strange, striped types that makes you think you're constantly right? Or that everything else that resides in the forest is a tastey treat?" Her brow lofted slightly. "I'll tell you the same thing that I told her... I doubt there's any part of me that would taste all that wonderful. I'm a bit too bitter."

He paused for a moment and though about that. There was only one other striped creature like himself that roamed these parts. Tossing his head back he laughed. "So she truly is useless. Wonderful!"
His mother had crossed paths with this mare and she'd left her in one piece. It was a disgrace to what Diabeta tried to call herself.
"I am never constantly right, pretty. If that were the case i would have never learned all that i have. Perfection is more fragile than the first freeze on the lake."
He stepped closer to her, using his height to look down at her with grin still in place. "You have no idea what you have walked into pretty one. I think you are a tasty treat because you -are-. I happen to like things that are bitter"

"She was rather round at the ti--" Something clicked and her brow lofted, smirk playing along her lips. "So she did carry her foals to term... And here I thought she would've done something to knock them out of her; she was so against loosing that figure of hers."
She trusted this black and white beast far less than she had 'trusted' the pink and white mare. Taking a step back she kept her golden eyes on him, feeling significantly smaller than she often did... Wishing, for once, that she hadn't left the hatter behind no matter how upset she was with him.

"Oh she tried. I believe she's tried twice to take my life from me." His grin only widened. Plague wouldn't have let Diabeta kill them before. He would most likely let her do so now but he had wanted the children go grow up first. He had wanted the pets he hadn't been able to make out of her. Too bad he failed once again.
He watched her take a step back and let his grin widen even more. He had after a while figured out that he was something all together different from most. He looked enough like a Kalona to pass off as one and knew he could use that to his advantage. She had no need to know exactaly where he'd come from and the look in her eyes was delicious enough for now.

There was something almost familiar about that grin of his; that startling sort of familiar that seemed to strike on the darkest of nights. It made her pulse race and her legs threaten to tremble. She was not safe here and, for the first time, she didn't think she would be able to talk her way out of it.
She took a step back, trying to take a measure of her surroundings to see whether or not she would be able to run. The trees were thick behind her and the only free space seemed to be behind him. There was no way she would get out of this unharmed... But the scratches of branches were far less threatening than the stallion's fangs.
Her legs tensed for a moment and then she bolted, whirling around to try and disappear into the trees behind her. She just needed a space big enough for herself... Let him get stuck trying to take chase.

He could see the fear creeping up on her. Most could tlak big but when it came down to it they knew when they were in danger and had the brains to get away from it. Those who didn't would find far messier fates at his fangs.
He watched her tense and bolt and laughed. He laughed long and hard. There was on reason to chase her and risk tearing his wings but the echo of his voice would follow her far into the woods.
