I've came up with a Hypothesis..
The Zurg Hive is starting drama with us, so it seems like we broke the Peace Treaty by sending mules to spy on them, and in reality we didn't. -____-;;

I don't think he purposefully broke the treaty when he wrote that. I think he was just trying to have fun and play a part. *Sigh* 'Course Z-bandit of the GR was the first one to tell them that the thread was in violation of the treaty.
