Tori-Wells I agree.
They are so secretive... It's silly.
Why would you need to be secretive?
You don't.
When you do that, people just get competitive.
Their rules are also extreme.
And the Academy is far too hard.
Any person would just say "Screw it" and leave. I found their guild, haha. I'm sort of tempted to join on this account to see their reaction. xD

Yeata Zi And of course they can read this...... If the Hive has a problem.... they should PM Vincente about it.... because I think TIM is too busy of late. It's my responsibility anyways. I have the unique talent of staying objective in any given matter.

Oh! And it has just been broight to my attention (by my lovely sister) that this "crew member" who allegedly tried to get a mule into whatever was me. THIS IS A LIE!
I have never used a mule! They let me in by mistake... for 2 hours! Granted, I took advantage of this.... BUT IT WAS BEFORE THE TREATY EVEN EXISTED!
Also.... I will not say this as GIB crew... this is my opinion.....
because now I'm rather mad at the world.... so Screw you, Zurg Hive. What did I do to you? Nothing! So bugger off.

This whole thread is a big over reaction in my opinion. I think the person that started it should apologize not the whole guild. Also this is turning into a hate ZH thread which might upset a lot of people.

Vincente What is the exact wording of the damn treaty anyways? One of the things was that we could not have spies in any group of the Treaty. The same was expected from them too, of course. I don't think they had any spies here, though, considering we were open for the public before the Treaty was made. If we follow that logic, we have a perfect reason to go into Hidden, being that we're the only group from the Treaty that isn't (apart from the Believers, who I think don't have a guild)

That is a good question Vincente... Why isn't it public? I never knew it existed.
But maybe we should do some investigations. Isn't the idea of being a FBI type org. mean that we have to do some shady stuff? If they are wronging people like Yaeta, especially a crew member like her, I personally do not feel it is right to just stand by. We have done nothing wrong.

First point of business. Except for Zi, who has a legitimate complaint, none of you should be badmouthing the Hive. Allies are rather pointless these days, but that certainly does not mean we should garner any ill will towards them nor should they us.
Second point of business. The argument is settled, so everybody chill.
Third point of business. This is no longer a guild to guild matter. It has moved into the realm of personal issues with those involved.
Fourth point of business. What does the Treaty say?

No, the only thing that makes it a guild matter is how everyone was talking about the Hive. I do not condone it and will not take it being said in public. The issue between the agent in question and the hive member is between them. The rest of the agents don't need to have anything to do with it. This thread is now hijacked to talk about the treaty.

We have nothing against the ZH per se, and most of the time they're very good guys who just want to leave all the problems in the past as much as we do. Everything started as a joke, and it simply got carried away - there's nothing we have to investigate; that would only cause more headaches for everyone. In any case, Zi should ask them about the whole problem, but it's not our bussiness, and we can't stick our noses in it. Love, people! designergrl Peace TreatyWe, the undersigned, recognizing the need to build a lasting peace between our species, do hereby agree to observe the terms and conditions of this treaty. We understand that by meeting the objectives herein stated, we will create a foundation for a mutually beneficial relationship. This treaty, therefore, is only the foundation… we will continue to build upon it as we grow in friendship with one another; for the good of both Gaia and Zurg. Henceforth, we stand united as one. Let there be no barriers between us. For all of us together, and for each of us individually, we sign this document and declare peace!
Objective 1: Eliminate the Roots of Distrust Between Species
A – The Hive has accepted an impartial observer, to assure Gaians that there are no secret plans that would cause harm to Gaia or its inhabitants.
B – The various Gaia factions will begin removing their spies from the Hive.
C – The Hive will begin remove its spies from the Gaia factions.
D – The Hive has created a new, public guild, where free exchange of information can take place. This will encourage open communications and foster an environment of trust and cooperation.
Objective 2: Cessation of Hostilities
A – Both sides will publicly declare their desire for peace, and remove hostile remarks from their threads, guild home pages, etc.
B – There will be an immediate cessation of hostile acts. The term "hostile acts" includes, but is not limited to, verbal and physical attacks, abductions, theft and/or destruction of property.
C – If a member of any group, Zurg or Gaian, refuses to support the peace effort, that member must be dealt with immediately. If it is not possible to convince the member to change, stricter measures may be enforced, such as disciplinary action and/or banishment.
D – Hostile acts committed by renegade individuals will not be blamed on the species as a whole. Renegade actions are understood to be the actions of individuals only, and are not representative of the whole population.
Objective 3: Commencement of Peacetime Relations
A – The cessation of hostilities is understood as only the first step in bringing about a lasting peace. Therefore, both sides will make every effort to encourage fraternization between our species.
B – The new, public guild will be the center of these friendly activities. Individuals are encouraged to support additional friendship-building activities wherever and whenever possible. We will socialize with one another as often as possible.
C – We will treat one another with respect, kindness, and forbearance. We recognize that we all make mistakes. As such, we will strive to be slow to anger and quick to forgive.

Sorry for causing confusion and whatnot, I'm just trying to clear this up and wanted to know what you all thought about it.
In my opinion, the whole thing was a major over-reaction by a member (or maybe more, whatever ><) of the Zurg Hive. Their rules do seem a bit silly to me, but I have many friends in or involved with that guild. And I luffle them <3 Those involved should probably get together and have a little chat to sort things out. Trouble is, some of it seems to be rumors xd
