Thonas was not expectign his father to allow him to have the uper hand for now only to smash his arrogance by beating him down. actual thinking he was on par with his father, he should have known he was no where near his fathers level yet but his arrogant attitude thougt different. too bad he was in for a surpise once their brawl was over with.

So, he fell for it. Oh well, he wouldn't fall for it again. He rolled out from under his son quickly and swatted at him with his paw. Of course, there was no claws this time, but it was more the fact to teach him what could happen in a battle. "Make sure you can handle your opponent before getting them under you."

Thonas tryed to keep his father on his toes but it was the other way around. after being swatted in a open spot when his fater got away, he heard what his father said. cursign upder his breath it seemed he still had alot to learn fighting wise. growling, he lanuched another attack, he would prove he could fight though at this point his father could kick his butt.

He smirked as he took another swing at his son, this time moving out of the way with the swing. He flung his tail at him as well. Who said that they couldn't be used as fighting tools. It helped him out of some tough stops sometimes. "Try harder" Was all he replied to him. Perhaps if he got angry enough, he could actually catch some flesh.

Thonas snarled as he was now geting riled up and fustrated with the fact he couldn't fight as well as his father. he was too focused on his father to bother with the long tail his father flug at him. ears pinned back, he lunged at his father in a attempt to pin him. he was no small kit anymore so his father could now more than ever sit there and ruffle him up.

Falling to his side, then rolling to his back, he just sat there for a second. This was too easy. Where was he going to actually fight? He needed to stop being angry and actually focus. He took one paw and pushed at his son's face with it. "Calm down and stop trying to get angry. Angry never helps in a battle." He sighed. Will he learn? "When your angry, you can't focus on the other at all. You get a clouded mind." He'll get it soon. Only fight with angry when you know you can get away with it, He thought.

Thonas backed off when his father puched at his face and moved away from him. standing as still as a statue after movign away he listened to his fathers words. growling at himself he again made a mistake of letting his anger get to him. swapping at the ground he snarled in fustration. " your right..... your always right. i hate failing specialy when it comes to failing you." ears flicked back he stared at the ground, wishign at the moment he had a long tail to lash about to take away from of his fustration.

"Then pay attention. You have much learning to do before you can beat me" He said with a smirk. At least he had a goal of beating him. No matter how impossible it seemed. Or with how big of an ego Thona had, to him it was impossible. Though, his son would be most worthy to have if he could beat his old man.

" unlike my idiot siblings i will pay attention and learn all i can to be strong." Thonas would have lashed his tail about if he had a long tail like his father but instead his little bob tail twitched like mad. snorting, he stared at his father. " cant understand how you can stand having 5 weak kits." slowly he was calming though he was still foaming with anger. it had been a long while sicne he seen his siblings because of the mear fact he took off on his own the minute he was old enough so he would veiw his siblings as weak til he saw them again and saw other wise.

"well, your mother wouldn't let me kill them." he said in response with a smile. Though, he only would kill one or two of them. The other's kind of had promise. Raziel, with his man-whoring, Takumi, once he finally figured out he wasn't female. He didn't know about two of his daughters.

Thonas gave a snort. " oh well." he never really cared for his siblings or mother though he did like Takumi somewhat because he was easy to pick on though he oh so hoped his brother would stop beign a damn female and be the male he should be. growing bored he swated at the grass a few times as he hardly cared for chit chat though he knew his father usualy had some good teachings. then something popped in his head and he continued to play with the grass acting as if his attention was directed else where hoping his father would be caught off guard when he would try a surpise attack in the next few moments.

Thona rolled his eyes as he watched his son mess with the grass. He was arrogant as ever, and didn't want to pay attention to what he said. So be it. He turned his head slightly as if to act annoyed with his son, but he could care less if he listened or not. It was his choice, he was an adult now after all.

an arrogant smirk came to his face as his father turned his head slightly apparently annoyied with him. oh he might pay for this afterwards but oh well, the arrogant smirk stayed there as he launched himself at his father to pin him down. he was no kit no more and would be damned if he couldnt atlest keep his father pinned.

Thona let his son tackle him for a moment. Well, it was still no fun retaliating right away. "Oh no... You got me." He said in a rather dull voice. Well, at least it's giving him motivation to attack him when he wasn't expecting it. He flicked his tail up as if to hit the other with it, but not really. It was more to distract him while he did his real attack.

Thonas only got more pisssy at his fathers reaction but he didnt let that get to him as his father had said earlyer notto let anger get to him. as his father flicked his tail at him he lounged to snap at it. maybe atlest if he got his tail he could say he got some kind of a hit on his father.little did he know it was a distraction for when his father would really attack.
