I see that we've got a bunch of cursed seals here, but no numbers. Allow me to suggest some. These are all for the level 2 curse seal where physical changes manifest. Of course, all of these jutsu just plain make you stronger, so add on +20% chakra.
Heaven Seal Wrote: +20% damage to all attacks
Earth Seal Wrote: -15% damage to all enemy attacks, +10% effect to all defensive jutsu.
Water Seal Wrote: +30% chakra (instead of 20%)
Wind Seal Wrote: 2 posts for every enemy's post
Fire Seal Wrote: +30% damage to all taijutsu attacks.
Lightning Seal Wrote: +25% damage to all genjutsu and ninjutsu attacks.

That looks good, and it saved me a lot of trouble lol. But it would be confusing to use percentages, so I'll just switch the percentages with a certain number. sweatdrop
The thing I'm most worried about with all of them having different effects, is that when somebody is fighting a curse seal user, they won't realize that they have a curse seal. sweatdrop

Beside their name put what cursed seal they have, so that their opponent could check it and apply effect

Good idea. I also think that numbers are a good idea. Let's redo it like that. Also, having specific numbers makes the other stages easier, so by the steps laid down by Great buddha, I'm gonna list some potential numbers. At step 1, they all grant +30 chakra, at step two they all grant +60, at 3 they grant +90

Also, when they can be activated (after the first time) Step 2: always active unless specified. Step 3: can be activated when health/chakra is less than 3/4, Step 4: can be activated when health/chakra is less than 1/2.
I'd like to hear your thoughts on the numbers, are they too high? too low? or are they just fine?

It sounds good that way. We just need to divide up what takes effect with the First level and the Second Level. Once we can work that out I'll add it too the list.
