They went into a near by hotel named dragon's keep.He just decided to go in it."One room please."said Nagi."It will be 10 gold per day."With that Nagi gave him ten gold and then was taken to room.He put his stuff down in there and they had a room for Ranmaru this place was great.They then left and went to the battle arena just to see what everyone else could do.
He approached the counter and a man started talking."So you want to enter eh?It'll be 30 gold coins.If you win you will get 90 back."Nagi gave him the money then him and Ranmaru entered the waiting room.Nagi drew from the box and ended up with no.2 out of 24."Ranmaru we're gonna be in the first fight!"he said with joy.A staff member came in and said we have an hour to prepare.

The first battle was starting."Alright Ranmaru are you ready?"he said with a smile."Anytime you are."he said.Their opponent was goblin like creature.Nagi smiled then pulled out his laser gun and shot at it but hitting the ground on purpose.Smoke was everywhere from the shots.Ranmaru knew just what to do.
He dove into the smoke and grabbed the goblin like creature by the shoulders and lifted it high in the air.The creature was trying to break free but wasn't able to,Ranmaru was holding to tight.Ranmaru then slammed the creature into the ground doing a lot of damage.
All of a sudden the creature then came running at Nagi with it's club ready to attack.Nagi quickly pulled out his katana to block it then started to slice it.The creature then fell over and in some wiered way said"I give up!."The announcer was now talking."And the winner is...Nagi!"

Grace found hersself outside the battle arena. "Do you wish to join a match miss? Or perhaps join in the pool?" A short, portly man asked, looking up at her with greedy eyes. Grace looked down at him condescendingly and shook her head, instigating a fight was beneath her. "How much simply to watch?" The man fidgeted for a moment, seemed to be about to say something, and then was toted off by a strong young lady. "Pardon him, spectators get in free. The food is what gets most people." The girl said the last bit in a conspiratorial whisper, nodding towards a young man who was making a rather large scene ad yelling a lot about being ripped off and swindled.

"I'll keep that in mind." Grace said, and headed up into the stands just as the first match finished. "Pity." She murmured as the combatants filed out, declining the refreshments that were being offered in the short recess between matches. It would be good to see the different fighting styles she may find herself up against later on.

Grace watched as the next to contests came out, number four running as he had nearly missed the call. "Rather unproffesional" She murmured, reminded of the scene when she had walked in. But lshe eaned forward in anticipation of the coming battle. She was interested to see what skills these people brought to this virtual world.

Wolfe was fighting an orc that seemed smarter then other ones.It immediatly charged at him.It hit at his feet but Wolfe jumped up than kicked it.He then charged at it with his scyth and then pretended to slice left but really sliced right.The orc then jumped up and then tried to smash his huge club on Wolfe but he dodged it.Wolfe then sliced it rapidly then spun around holding his scythe out cutting the orc up.The orc then ran off the stadium.The announcer was now talking."And Wolfe is the winner!!"Wolfe then left the stadium and went into the waiting room.

Now standing in the waiting room waiting to conpete, Tazuya had a slight look of interest on his face about the tournament. "It'll be your turn when they call your number and name." he said coldly. "Number 8, huh? I wonder who or what I'm fighting against." he thought to himself.
