I would've beat the sh..... crap out of him, to the point where he was crying for his mom... Come to think of it, I think I did that at one point because a guy did the same thing to me confused I did it to Robert, too, when I found out from Laura that he was cheating on me stare That has been THE low-point of my life. I'll forever be mocked for it at school now, too. Oh, and the times in Tae Kwon Do.... erm... maybe I should just shut up... *whistles*

Man... Such short violent tempers. What ever happened to just calling him a jackass and storming off in a fit of rage?

Lebia Man... Such short violent tempers. What ever happened to just calling him a jackass and storming off in a fit of rage? I do that way too much, and it gives me absolutely no satisfaction whatsoever. I only do it to men and guys who have abused me emotionally, verbally, or physically, though. Such as Robert, Papa, I got mad at Jordan for flat-out not caring enough . . . now, I'm trying to at least keep most of my patience with Barrett, even though he never calls me, and I have reason to believe that his mother doesn't like me...

When a boy is a total jerk to me I normally just shut him out of my life. When Nathan got too close physically and still couldn't keep his eyes off other girls I said goodbye and that was it...short, sudden no explanations just the freeze out treatment. It's my own fault, I should've known better than to date a boy on the footbal team.

Okay, I confronted the guy about what he said. He said, "Well you are my property, I own you." My friend who was standing by us said to him, "Well then I'll own you." He responded with, "No one owns me." Then later on he was joking around about how I stand on a corner and make him money and that we should go back to when men owned women. Now I know that I should have beat him up, I did take karate especially for a moment like that, but I'm too nice of a person so I was just like, "Wow, you're a bad person." He said, "I'm not sexist, I'm just right." Since I now know what he meant by his comment, I want to move this thread in another direction. Who thinks that it is wrong for someone to call another person property? What about a long time ago when men owned women?

Ok, NOW it's official, the guy's a jerk and should be routinely flogged. It's wrong, wrong, wrong!

Well either way I would do something about it. Find out if it was a joke then hey just tell him not to do it again. If it wasn't then I would have to say that he needs to be slapped. You are no ones property.

I agree!
You can borrow my flag too! I was on the color guard in High School too! Or my flute case - I know from experiance that it really hurts to get wacked with it.

Men have not, do not and will not ever own women. Humans do not own each other. That's what the aboltion of slavery was about. For that man to claim he owns you and then to claim he's right about owning you is WRONG with a capital W. This man is the prime example of Male Chauvinism at it's peak and he should be either yelled at or reported for discrimination.
Failing that, I find a swift kick to the balls works a treat. lol
