Okay, people, glad to say we've got a bit of a Round Table going on about this, because frankly, the he-said, she-said is enough to drive a man up the wall, that it is. Blastbacks and kudo's all around.
Fact: Tutsumi and Neko do not get along.
Fact: Everybody and his brother loses in RP to Tut. This is non-negotiable, because negotiation entails a three week debate for a three page spar, because let's face it- Godlike power plus incredible nitpicking ability equals 'j00 lose.' (Overpower'd IMHO)
While this is RP, it's not the main issue. It's RP and people will portray their characters as they see fit.
It's the person -behind- the character that brings forth the issue. 'Offstage,' if I may, Tutsumi seems to think he's as uber as he wants his character to be.
While I claimed him as a brother within the guild first, and I do think he's a good guy, it's a bit much. Sometimes. A lot. Imagine, if you will, that one whiny actor/actress you always see portrayed on TV who 'can't take these conditions' and 'will be in my trailor'. While difficult, it's not impossible to work with.
Now.
Add in a subtle dose of Hitler's 'I'm-right-your-wrong' qualities. No, I'm not saying he's a Nazi before someone gets nit-picky. What I am saying is, his ego, coupled with his unquestionable infalability ( I mean, yeah, you can question it, but of course you're wrong), make him impossible to work with. Yeah, he's done stuff for Gaia, and for the Academy. Doesn't make him God. It's not like he's the only one who's contributed. Everyone here knows that long weekends at the keyboard isn't a foreign thing.
If Tut doesn't like Neko for the way he leads the guild, fine. But as a member of the guild, he should have respect. If not for the man, then for the position of leader. Everyone else does, and Neko's been more than patient. True, he's flared up a couple times, but he's human. And is capable of admitting mistakes. In light of the patience and chances he's given, which Tutsumi has pretty much squandered, even though it's most likely gonna cause drama and cause at least two people to be upset with me, or say that I'm biased, I say that we discharge him.

The first few things you said, Reeve... made me laugh. My respect for you rose 5%. The rest... bah. Plain and simple, the way Tutsumi TYPES does not makes him seems godly or anything. You can not hear how he says things to people. He just tells you it as it is; in a PROFFESIONAL manner. Meaning, not the way I type.
I RANT.
I think Neko tries to sound just as 'godly'. Sure, he's leader, whooo~! But Tutsumi was Vice Cap, and sensei here once, and seemed the same back then as he does today.
Some people like to hear someone responsible and grown up every now and then, as well as someone whom rant; Sage and myself on a good day.
Even Sephiroth and Nyl seem godly when you think about it! Their characters may not be strong, but it's the way they write that changes everything.
Think about that for a moment why don't'cha. <.<

There's a difference between professional and a**l.
It's like comparing a CEO to that annoying bastitch at the DMV ( And we all know who I mean. 'Sir, you're gonna have to wait in the-you know what, I'm on break'. )
And honestly, as much as I try to earn it and would like to have your respect,
in this argument, it's neither here nor there.
Yeah, he was vice-cap, once upon a time.But he should still respect the Chain of Command.
Think about that, why don't'cha.

I think Tut is neither. I think he's professional and sticks to what is right. Or HE believes is right. Honestly, I don't see what is wrong with him. You guys treat anyone like crap, and you will not be respected in turn. He speaks different ways to certain people. If he likes you, nice kind and quick. If he doesn't know you, he'll point it out and not say another word. It he honestly doesn't like you, he won't use any harsh words. He'll just have a harsher 'attitude' when he types. That's it. Treat those as you want to be treated, people. Neko is never nice to Tutsumi, so he is not nice back. So goes to everyone. If you're nice, great; if your an a**, then shut up, go to a corner, and leave the rest of us nice people alone for god ******** sakes. -This was a Fenris moment.

THIS FORUM IS ABOUT OPINION, NOT ARGUING.
And, there was no need to drop an F-bomb.
Because I, too, can be professional, I'm sticking to what I believe. Just like Tut. So, don't argue.
(And as a sidenote: That 'This has been a _______ moment' is the most pretentious thing I've ever seen. I didn't expect that from you, Fen.)

Fen, you should know for a fact that I (OOCly), when a problem in the guild comes up, try to handle it as neutrally as possible. I try my best to be on-par with a person who is having troubles, and in no way do I act 'Godly' when the nose comes to the grindstone. Tut is now the exception to this rule, only because I have been on-par with him for months, and he still throws it in my face. I may hold the Captain title, but I in no way think of myself as the leader of this guild, if anyone has that title, it's Kohyoh. I think of myself as the chairman in a council. I hold just as much power as the person next to me, the only difference being that I'm left to bring order to the chaos that is democracy, so we don;t rip each other's throats out when a conflict arises.
If I was acting 'Godly' in this matter, would I have opened discussion to the entire guild? Would I hold a vote to let Tut back in? The reason he was banned is to give us a chance to look at what's going on while putting a pause on anything he might have been doing to upset some of the members.
For the moment, Tutsumi is in a TEMPORARY BAN. Please, try to understand that the only reason he was actually banned is to give us time to get our facts straight.

But honestly, I think that everyone's definition of 'godly' is someone whom is literate. I've seen Tutsumi tie with Sephiroth and some chick in Lubu lots. It is possible people...
The real uber fiend is Kaimen, yet no one gives a care about him. Is it just because he's quiet or something? Or strays from the dojo quite a bit?
But Neko, think of your character and Fenris. She messed up, and you act like a jerk. She tries hard to be your friend again, but since you still act rude so her, she doesn't like your character anymore. So if you won't be nice to Fenris, she will never be nice to you.
Same thing with you and Tut. He's not going to try and be nice to you.

I know, Fen, that's the reason I kept the guild Private instead of switching it to hidden. He has every right to know what's being said here.
With that said, let's try to stay on topic. Let's voice our opinions on the matter at hand, not try to prove the other person wrong. I'm guilty of it too, which is why I'm not saying it in PMs.

That would be best. Simply though, it wont happen. Once an opinion is said people will read it, and those who read it before they write down what they want will respond and say its their opinion. People have a right to stand up for what they believe in and if people cant do that then it limits what can be changed. Yes, it can start an argument or a discussion and words will slip and people will say things that you may not agree with, but still, if we cant express what we want to then things will never change here. Also if people arent listening to others, which i have noticed, and arent respecting others how is it you can expect them to do the same? Let them rant, let them say what they want. If you dont, then you make yourself the target and im sure Neko, that you dont want that. Instead of saying, dont do this, why dont you ask to keep the discussion on the same track and keep it in a respectful way. People will slip up, but what can you expect with a situation like this?

Neko... I DID stay on topic. I was putting out different points of views.People are saying Tutsumi's godly, yet not one person whines about Kaimen being godly. Is that just because he IS Kaimen? I'm not saying people should get on his a** about this, I'm saying that beating down one person because they make their character quite powerful is rude.. He doesn't use his power every day... more like, once in a VERY long while.
With that said, I believe my ride is here. See yah at 2 AM. XD

Oh and just a side note. Tutsumi was posting in the Hikari dojo and was in the middle of speaking to my students. If it turns out that Tutsumi wont be allowed back i do ask that you allow him to at least make a post in my dojo stating that he is leaving so it doesnt disrupt the rp. Thank you.....

fenris had to cut into tut and I rping too because he was banned . Tut was helping me and we never got to finished, i gave him permision to be godly on one post and neko went out on him for it even when he told neko i said it and it was between us. He doesn't even deserve temp ban, he should be brought back in. I don't get angry often, or annoyed in rl often, and I like both Neko and tut. I have known Neko a little longer, and my cousin, who now plays mai who lets me use princess now, makes us both know tut. I have talked to her and even with issues my cousin has had with this guild before, she still agrees tut should be back in . I feel that it is slightly unfair for the reasons he did for that day he was banned because it was my fault if anything ban my account instead of tut's. It isn't like my char will be very missed she is only involved in Neko's area currently and friends with few. If you want to see how i normally talk when it comes to (oh yeah mhm whatever type stuff i will, then u will see he has done absolutely nothing wrong from that day because i can be worse i just haven't had to or don't feel like saying anything. But i sorta just want to show that what he said was nothing bad). And the going on about the -this has been a tutsumi moment is very out of this conversation currently, please bring it back to the reasons instead or ranting in what annoys you about him and more to the topic of why he was banned for this part of something that was caused by me and no one listened to because it was between Tutsumi and I, which means I gave him permission to do what he did. I can continue going on for a long time with more reasons, but i will stop here and see why or why not people agree and disagree with this.
