Tom Black just got home from his crappy job and was absolutely nackered. He dropped his bag on his apartment floor and went into the bathroom and looked at himself in the mirror. He brushed his hair aside and ran the tap. He cupped his hand under the tap and splashed the water on his face to wake him up a bit more then he stared at the mirror a bit more. He grabbed the towel and dabbed his face until it was dry he then went into his bedroom and turned his computer on. Deciding he was thristy he left his computer to load and went into his kitchen and made a cup of coffee. He picked up his cup and went back to his bedroom and took a sip of his coffee and sat down at the computer. Placing the disk in the drive then waited for Ryoku to load up. When the main screen loaded up he put in his username Cobalt and then his password.
He appeared in Lumina standing there with his bow people passing around him and knocking into him. A newbie walked up to him and said, "gold please?"
Cobalt decided to humor the beggar and handed him a few gold coins the beggar rushed off into the crowds. Cobalt walked into the nearest bar and sat down at the counter and bought himself a beer.

Cobalt looked around the bar it had a sombre atmosphere, dim lights and it was filled with people meeting up and creating parties. It was filled with constant movement in and out. He drunk the last drops of his beer and stood up from the stool. He turned around and the same noob from before was behind him.
"Money please?" the noob begged holding out his hand shamelessly.
"Go away" said Cobalt off-handedly.
"No!" exclaimed the noob still with his hand out.
"To hell with you then" Cobalt replied walking out of bar with him trailing behind.
"If you keep following me i'll take you to a PvP area and kill you" threatened Cobalt.
The noob immediately left to go bug someone else and Cobalt stood there wondering what to do now.

Matt had just woken up. He was still tired, he had been up until five the previous night playing Ryoku. He was definitely addicted, but he didn't mind. It was fun. He got out of bed and logged in.
Kai was nearby the pub, attacking rats for fun with his dual shortswords. Ryoku was so immersive that even the most boring tasks in a normal game were fun here. He laughed as he killed four rats at once. They were no match for him. Deciding to take a break, he leaned against the wall of the tavern by the door and cleaned the blood off of his swords.

Clambering out of bed, Mira stumbled into the bathroom, splashing her face and brushing her teeth. She had spent almost all night in Ryoku, staying up until three in the morning. The game was addicting and, in her mind, something she deserved after being such a good girl for her whole life. I can't believe that my parents don't understand; they're usually so accepting too...

Shrugging off her dismal thoughts, Mira grabbed some bread from the kitchen, a not her parents left behind said they were out, then went back into her room to plop in front of the computer. Entering her name, Nettle, and password she took a bite of the bread she was holding, waiting for the log in to go through.

In under a minute she had appeared in the middle of a busy street, getting pushed and shoved by the people walking to and fro. Sighing, she shoved at a few people, most of the newbies ran away as soon as they saw her daggers, making her way to the closest tavern. Nettle was hoping that she would be able to get a rumor of the so-called item she had been hired to steal. I just hope that it won't be too far away or too hard. I actually want things to be easy for once.

Reaching the doors to the tavern, Nettle pushed through the doors into the dank atmosphere.

Ty had woken up from bed. He rubbed his eyes and went into the bathroom to brush his teeth. His stomach grumbled very loudly and he then remembered he hadn't eaten supper last night due to his addiction to Ryoku. He made two poptarts and quickly ran up to his room. With his door locked, computer loading, brother next door sleeping, parents at work, and the day off Ty was set for Ryoku. The screen finally finished loading and he put in his name, Yuhi, and his password, ******. He smiled as the log in succesful screen came up and he appeared outside the pub where he logged off the previous night.


Yuhi began the game by running to the bank and depositing most of his items. He withdrew his attacking items and other stuff he would definately need such as his food and a fourth of his coins, 10,000 coins. The banker said thank you and then he bumped into a beginning player that looked about twenty in game. "Watch it *****." he siad as he drew his fist becuase he thought you could attack anywhere.

"If you weren't a noob than you would know that the only place you can start a fight is with a monster or in a player vs. player arena. Duh." Yuhi said as he put Jira1332, the noob's character, on his ignore list. Yuhi walked out of the bank and decided he would go to the pub. He walked down the street being begged four times by the noob that annoyed Cobalt. "May i have some money, please?" the noob asked. Yuhi replied, "No and if you don't stop begging me ill take you to a player vs. player arena where i will kill you." Yuhi smiled and began walking once more.

Half-way down the street he found his favorite pub. There was a ranger outside that looked angry and a person cleaning his swords leaning on the tavern. The door must've have just shut because it was swinging slightly. Yuhi shrugged and walked into the pub. While inside he just stood there looking for a strong player even though he looked like a noob.
