Lexenos finishes off his gin and tonic and sits it on the bar along with the coins to pay for it. He breathes a heavy sigh.
"My apologies. If we are to be companions, we should get along. As to my name, I am Lexenos T'kkir."
Lexenos thinks angrily to himself, "Keep your emotions under control, Lexenos."

Grym raises a hand quickly, signaling silence.
"Shh. Don't look now but we've got company. I'll deal with them, but you two may want to watch, and see first hand what I'm capable of."
He stands slowly and turns, unclasping his cloak from his neck and letting it drop onto the stool, revealing four swords sheathed at his belt and another three sheathed on his back. He walks over to the three men that had just walked into the tavern, each of them holding a short sword out and at the ready.
"Afternoon gents. I don't suppose you're here to chat with me are you?"
The first man grunts slightly, shaking his head slowly.
"We go' ordahs ta take you ta the bountah office so's we can collec' th' price on yer head, Kane."
Grym chuckles softly and shakes his head.
"Better men then you have tried, and failed, to bring me to that bounty office. I was sure they'd wised up by now, but I suppose that I was wrong."
Then suddenly, almost in an instant, Grym draws two blades from his belt and swings them through the three men all in one movement. He smirks as he holds the pose, his body leaned forwards with the blades held back. Then, as suddenly as Grym had struck, the three men fell, their bodies showing no marks from the blades but their lives obviously having left them. Grym grimaces as he sheathes his blades, making a quick hand motion that made the three bodies disappear into a cloud of darkness. He walks back over to the bar, picking his cloak back up and wrapping it around his shoulder again. He takes a small pouch from his belt and places several gold pieces on the bar.
"Sorry for the trouble. Won't happen again."
He turns to his two companions, smiling softly as he shrugs.
"Bounty hunters. You can't get to the top without making a few enemies, eh?"

Grym smirks as he suddenly whips a dagger from his belt into a nearby board that several other patrons were throwing daggers at as well. His dagger had hit dead center.
"Does that answer your question? I'm also proficient in magic, as you saw from how I disposed of those bounty hunter's bodies."
He smiles as he raises his hand, pulling his dagger back to his hand before sheathing it.
"Only problem with my magic is that it's based in the Dark Realm, and it drains my life force every time I use it, so I need to use it sparingly."

"Wow, not impressive. Let's go, this is soo boring." Lee said as he body changed into the bored one. It had blue hair and blue eyes. He was also dull. "This is me as my bored form." he said as he grabbed his weapon. It was also changing. "I also have a weapon." It finished changing and it was a small dagger.

Lexenos grimaces slightly when Grym calls him Lex, but decides not to say anything. He gets up to follow Grym out of the tavern.

Lexenos orders another gin and tonic, this one slightly larger than the one he had earlier.
"Sounds like you lead a pretty exciting life."

Suddenly, a faraway look takes over Lexenos' face as he repeats Grym's words.
"The past... will haunt you forever..."

Lexenos stared at the bracelet on Grym's wrist with the same faraway look on his face.
"Mmmm..." Lexenos murmured in agreement. He suddenly snapped out of it, finished the rest of his gin and tonic in one gulp and called for another.
Lexenos' face returned to its normal blank look as he stared into his fresh gin and tonic. "Grym, I apologize for that moment of weakness and I swear to you it will never happen again."
