She opened her mouth to reply before she closed it and let out a sigh of defeat. "You win." She told her daughter hanging her head and turning away.
She had lost, nothing she said or did would change her daughter's mind no matter how much she wanted to. A single tear trickled down her face as she looked away and to the ground. "After we take them where they wish to go you are free. You will never have to see me again." She remarked in a rather sad tone.

A smile lit up across Lejali's maw before it fell when she heard the sad tone and caught the single tear as it came in contact with the ground. "Mother, don't be like that." She told her full of disbelief. "I'll see you again, you know that so don't go all drama queen on me."
She took a step toward the depressed adult and nuzzled her neck lightly. "I'll always be your little girl mother, know that I'll always love you. Always." She then took a step backward and began to walk away not wanting to give her mother the chance to convince her to change her mind. "I won't change my mind about leaving, so please don't try to make me."

Siria nodded slowly not liking how the conversation was ending. There wasn't much she could do about it so she let it be. "As you wish." She stated rather quietly falling back to her belly. Her yellow eyes following Lejali as she walked away. "I will be myself as you have seen me with others the next time we meet after you leave me." Siria warned before laying her head back down on her paws.

Lejali nodded glancing back with a soft smile. "I look forward to it." She then nodded once more and slipped away to find her own spot to rest or to seek solitude. She would find solitude and rest would come later she decided.
She was glad that it was finally settled and that she would be able to life her life as her own.
