I have one but its only limited to my clan the getsuga clan harness the power of the full moon to unleash their full power but its sealed normally just to prevent the destruction of their chakra network as a last effort technique to harness this power during the day Ive come up with this self inflicting genjutsu Darkness rising moon technique which allows me to forcly use the getsugaiken at a dangerous price of self infliction when it take s its toll on my chakra network.

Ok, the last time I talked to that Chico guy, he said he got the Gedo Mark approved. (For those who don't know, it's a jutsu created for the bonus story in Ultimate ninja 2. It erases the Kekkei Genkai of a person, and causes blinding pain to the victim, especially if he's trying to use their erased ability.) Lets have the Gedo Mark: Release approved so that we can, at least, have something to use against him. (Gedo Mark: Release cures those under the influence of the Gedo Mark.)

Here's one I like to use.

Name:Aquabolt

The user harnesses the water and lightining elements. First he creates a small yet powerful spark and elevates it above his palm. Then he gathers water from a source and makes it swirl around the spark, swirling fast enough to rip trough clothing and tear skin. When it's fully created, the user presses it against the opponant, letting the swirling water tear away at the unfortunate soul. Then, at the right time, the user smashes the orb, letting the spark electrocute the opponant, the water amplifies the shock, and the force of the puch knocks the opponant back. This attack can be thrown, but it takes exellent timing, for it doesn't have much range, and it will instantly crumble if it isn't focused in the user's palm. This attack's strength depends on the rank of the user and requires two posts, one to create it, and another to use it.

When pumped with enough chakra, in Anbu, Sannin, and Kage rank only, the user can use the Aquabolt Complete, with is the same as the Aquabolt, but has much more range when thrown, and can create a massive explosion that mimics a tsumani.

So, can I use it yet, or will I have to be a jonin or something?

How about this one being a personal one. Its kinda like the chakra abosrbing dome from the guy that choji fought but it involves my hand chakra oxygen using thing accept i can also abosrb my enemys chakra. Can i use that? You can too if you really want too
