"Oh?" She was curious now. Did he have some sort of job that set him apart from other Soquili? Draven was a protector but he had never mentioned his name having any meaning... "What is it that you do?"

"Only thing ah'm really good at. Get inta trouble" Dah and Mama had named him well. He'd gotten into bits of trouble he'd had a hard time getting out of but mostly he got what he wanted and had fun doing so.
"Mama says i was born for it"

She had almost started to take him seriously for a moment; expecting some grand job only to hear... "Trouble?" She laughed, a bright smile curving her mouth. "Well, if that was what your mother said you should never disappoint her... Of course, is it all really trouble or is some of it a bit of adventure? You don't seem troublesome to me. No... You seem rather nice."

"Depends on who ya ask." He shrugged his shoulders as best he could. "Sometimes it's ah little bit o both." Trouble often lead to adventure and vice versa.
"Can't disappoint Mama evah." He couldn't live with himself if he did. That's why she still didn't know about the stupid fight he'd gotten into.

"I've... Only ever been in trouble once, really. It wasn't all that fun..." Her nose scrunched slightly as she thought of the moment that was now more of a blur to her mind; something that she had pushed from her memories. "I would never want to disappoint my mother. She's had enough disappointments..."

"You just ain't been in the right trouble." He nodded slightly along with his words. Trouble came in different forms most of which were fun. You just had to know how to look at the situation in the right light to know it was.
He didn't think his parents had too many disappointments in their lives. Even if they did neither of them seemed to dwell on those facts. Life was too short or somethin.

"The right trouble?" Now she was curious again... Very curious. She took a step closer to the stallion after looking around to see if there might be anyone else listening in case the answer to the question she was about to ask was some sort of guarded secret. "... What kind of trouble is the right trouble?"

"That all depends on tha situation." He grinned at her and leaned down slightly. "Ya gotta know the secrets o it and know how ta act upon things."
He wasn't sure what all those secrets were but he did well enough. He always found something to do to keep himself entertained and most of it made his parents sigh and shake their heads when they heard about it.

"So you know the secrets then?" They sounded as if they would be quite helpful to know... Especially if one was to have the fun sort of adventure filled with excitement. "I... Suppose that if they are secrets you aren't supposed to tell anyone. Secrets are generally meant to be kept."

"I know'em. Problem is dat ya can't just tell'em ta anyone." He tossed his head and stood up proudly. "Ya gotta learn'em by example. Or in ma case by gettin inta them yerself."
No one had taught him really how to get in trouble. He'd just gone off and done whatever he wanted with a head hard enough not to know better and figured things out.

"Well... Perhaps one day you could show me how to get into the good sort of trouble." She tossed her head high, smiling brightly for a moment before seeming sheepish. "... Presuming you enjoy talking with me enough this time to want to see me again. I've really only met one other person outside of my family and... I've never crossed their path again."
She dwelled on that for a moment before quickly changing the subject as she moved down over the dune, crossing closer to the splashing waves. "I wonder what else lives in the sea..."

"If you think ya can handle followin me 'round." He wasn't sure a girl, most definitely not one that seemed even at least a little delicate, could keep up with him. "There a lot of us 'round here and it's a big world. Ain't surprisin ya haven run inta them again."
He turned and watched her head down the dunes. "There's a family. Ah've seen'em running round occasionally. Never managed ta catch'em though."
He figured it was because the ground here was softer and he couldn't run as fast on it as they could.

"I'm sure I could handle an adventure or two." She sniffed as she held her head high. She had, afterall, spent a good deal of time with her brother and that had to count for something. She was also a Spook and Spooks had to know a thing about trouble and fun.
"In the sea, not by the sea." She laughed, smiling at him. "Unless you mean that the family lives in the sea..."

"Well the one does like playin 'round in tha water. She don't have any weird bits though." She looked normal and so did the other ones he'd seen around. Well except for that girl without a mane but there had to be weirder things.
"If ya think ya can handle it then why doncha follow ol'Sedi?"

She took a deep breath as she prepaired to answer him, pondering what she might be getting herself into for a moment. She glanced back over her shoulder before looking back to the stallion, nodding once. "Let's... Go out and find some trouble!"
