"This one doesn't do too much anymore, just let the world pass by with some rare visits with handsome fellows. My time to shine has passed." She laughed lightly, but warmly, fully knowing that it was the truth. Her tail flicked beside her, still feeling quite content.
"I'm sure I'm keeping you from meeting other lovely ladies, though. I do thank you for your time you invested in me. I'm flattered." She batted an eyelash at him, but that was to the extent of her flirtatious side. She was a little too old, and besides....he was a cheetah. Her mind just wouldn't let her think of anything else around that.

Makani smiled and nodded. Perhaps it was time to go, once they'd ran out of what to talk about. "you're wrong there, one's shine only dims when they pass. " He nodded, and pulled himself onto all fours.
"But you are right, perhaps I must go. I'd rather be somewhere a bit.. cheerier. " He tipped his head slightly towards the graveyard. As much as she liked it, Makani was sur ehe'd never feel comfortable here. "Though, its been a pleasure to meet you Dunia. Perhaps we'll cross paths again sometime? " He said, taking a few steps backwards, giving her time to say anything if she liked.

Oooh, he was such a tease, but she loved it. Her cheeks flushed pink for a moment while she played with the compliment that he had given her. Did she still shine? She really didn't think so, but perhaps she could....
She switched her attention back to the parting that was soon to happen. "Farewell, then, Makani. I would be joyed to meet you again, and perhaps in a place with a little more life." She smiled warmly, offering him a nod, but decided that she wouldn't leave her spot. It was him that was a bit bothered by her certain living conditions, and besides, the lady shouldn't have to get up.
"Just be wary of the hyenas," she warned, glancing once at her scar before her attention shifted from him and the horizon.

He chuckled. "Perhaps. " Makani nodded politely, then turned, looking around a bit in case of hyenas, then back at Dunia. "See you later. "
He smiled, then started to move away, first walking, then trotting, then, just for the joy of speed, he shot off, making a perhaps compleetly unecessary leap, and moving in the direction of the horizon. Dunia was nice company; while Makani wasn't interested in settling down-- especially not with a lioness-- he enjoyed her company.
