I always thought that was dumb. I think you can wear jewelry on whatever side or both side and not have it tell your sexuality. I mean really, the two have no connection. And you don't have a spot for straight. There are straight people who aren't questioning in the alliance as well, you know. : )

ANY rumor that has been going on since you were in elementary school or even junior high doesn't mean jack s**t.
it's just little kids doing anything they can to get a reaction out of someone else. i've seen that happen since like kindergarten. it's really immature.
and i don't think you should care whether an earring is on the right or left side.

Yeah, I heard that, but I can't remember what side it was either! But I know that in the 1800's or some time when no one ever thought about homosexual people, gays used to wear red ties to recognize each other discreetly. So in the 1800s, if you wore a red tie, you most likely were gay. Thought that was kind of cool. 3nodding

I know I'm reviving the thread but this is funny... If I'm not mistaken, the right side makes you gay but there's something else too lol
During the '80s or '90s (dont remember very well) wearing ONE earing meant that you were gay and, depending on which side you had it, you were either top or bottom lol rofl

All i know is, left makes you straight, right makes you gay. I have my right ear pierced. My ma was so against it!
I do not know how this came to be.

Left is straight and right is gay. kids in my school have a discriminatory saying about gays to remember it... Which really pisses me off
