Not for sale, but I saw this post today and thought that I should share in case anyone was still looking for anti-rain ideas!
Chibi Rinoa Makes a Raincoat - A girl on EGL made a purple rain slicker, complete with ruffles and Peter Pan collar. It's absolutely adorable and looks quite comfortable!
She's so talented!
