People wanting a donation will be asked to fill out a form simmilar to the old one:

This application will not get them a donation. This moves them onto step 2.
Applications that pass the rules (quest thread has proper number of pages, member is old enough/enough posts) they will be put on the PENDING LIST.
Users who make it onto this list will be asked to stick around and prove their merit over the comming days. THis is done to remove the usual "Hi gimme money, yay thanks bye" and we never see anyone again. Plus, it will hopefully weed out the people not serious and only after a quick gold. We wanna help people who are really dedicated to the quest AND the forum and know that this is a place to meet people as well, and hopefully encourage people to stay here, come back and maybe donate when they are done.
Mods with access to the mule can directly add names ot the list (the list will be under the mules control), members who do not can pm ok'd applications to him.
Once on the list, members of the thread, the crew/mods and whatever will contribute to determining whether or not the person deserves a donation. NOT ALL THE MODS HAVE TO AGREE. You all arent around 24/7 so some may see something you dont. But you will also be expected to look over their quest threads now and then and once in a while review the types of posts they make.
That sums it up.
If this seems like too much work to you, please let me know and ill just not make you in charge of applications.
