The wolf took on the full force of the swat went the wolf flying as he laid on his side only to be crushed back into the ground but the bears other paw. He felt a rib break and he howled out in pain. But he was small and wiggled his way out again. Aiming for the throat again. He needed to take this bear down. His life depended on it.

The bear roared in fear and anger as Loir's teeth clenched around his throat. It flung itself around, desperatly trying to get the wolf off, hitting off anything within reach, hoping to get him off before the larger animal bled to death.

The wolf flew off but his teeth seemed to tear more into the bears skin as he did so. The bear had swung Loir into a tree which he hit hard oh his back but he was alright. He backed up and watched the bear bleed. He could only hope that was enough to do the beast in.

The bear stumbled around for another minute or two, but then it crashed to the ground, dead as it's neck bled out from where the wolf had grabbed him.

Loir walked towards the bear and got to work skinning the fallen beast. He would present Irons with the trophy and prove him self. This was quite a big thing.
Loir had a pop in his step as he headed back to the bones grave yard dragging the bloody skin. Despite the injuries he was in a good mood.
