"Tired?"
The lioness was surprised that the pup was sleepy already, but she noticed that many cubs seemed to take naps during the middle of the day. Ruffian never bothered with naps unless she knew she would be out scouting for the night. She knew she took her job a little too seriously, but it kept her busy, and even though she was settling into this huge pride quite well, she still loved her time alone immensely.
Maybe it was all that energy that kids used, running around like crazy for no apparent reason. Or, well, the reason escaped Ruffian.

"Yea, aren't you tired too? You should take a nap too its nice," Isilo said nodding her head, another yawn escaping her maw. Rubbing her eyes with her paws Isilo stood and shook herself, and peered at Ruffian with vibrant green hues, "I think I should go find my mommy now, cause I'm tired and I don't want to get lost when the sun goes away," confirming her statement with a nod of her small head.
"But, I can find you again and we can play then is that okay? You can show me cool stuff, you're like, my coolest friend evar!"

"Mmhmm," the lioness answered, without getting up. She thought she'd relax here for a bit before running out to grab a snack. She looked over at the pup though, sure that she knew how to get home. She would just prowl the area that she ran towards a bit afterwards to make sure. "I live out away from Pride Rock, but I'm usually out here in the grasses."
Her tail flicked behind her, giving a soft smile. "Make it home safe, Isilo." That was the closest she got to a goodbye, but in her mind it was the same thing.

Isilo wore an ear to ear smile, tail going as fast as she could muster, Isilo made a mental note of where Ruffian said she would be, she'd definitely come back out here, hopefully by then her tail would be cool and nifty like Ruffian's! Yea, that'd be awesome for sure. "Then I'll come find you in the grasses, I wander this way too, the grass is fun and tall," randomosity, but it was true to the little jackal..lioness.
"I will, I always do," she said with a play growl-bark, adn then Isilo was off darting home. She had to go tell her mommy about her new cool friend.
