Jeff wasnt smiling, his eyes had dark bands around them from lack of sleep and worry. "Sorry for startling you like that... Have you seen Rowaneath?"

He took a step forward eager for the information. "And? Come one whats going on?"

Jeff slammed his fist through the wall. He looked away. "I knew her voice sounded too much like Rowaneath." He tilted his head backwards and stared at the night sky. "I wish she could have told me straight up." Tears of blood ran down his cheeks. He looked Layna in the eyes. "Looks like that murderous son of a b**** Diego was right after all." Jeff's glare was one that would bore through some one if they didnt have enough backbone or an overwhelming amount of stupidity. "And she told you to lie about who she was though telepath didnt she..." Behind his hate one could almost hear his heart breaking. "I feel the overwhelming urge to kill Adolphus..." Jeff looked to his bleeding hand after pulling it out of the whole. "Even if he is better for her." His tears stained his shirt red.

Jeff took an overly aggressive step towards her. His body his demenor seemed to change again. "She couldnt WHAT!" His voice roared making the near by birds take flight. "She couldnt tell me that she was leaving me!"

Thats right let me out. Anyone with any telepathic ability could hear Diego.

Jeff roared again. "Shut up you annoying dead b*****d!" Jeff looked to the sky with an odd silence. Then looked Layna in the eyes. His eyes were cold almost dead, void of emotions and feeling. "I appologize for alarming you."

"I have no understanding of why she would think that. I am quite capable of fending for myself, telekenetic abilities or not. I am not likely harmed our female elder sought me out and brought me here becuase of my abilities." His voice calm and void of feeling. His eyes burned with emptyness. His knuckles where healed by now and the tears left bloody streaks leading down to his chin. His entire body seemed to grow several inches larger and his shirt suddenly seemed too tight to fit him. His muscles where tight with intensity and seemed to be of iron. "Are you going to stay or flee? I can smell your fear." His tone was flat and in a matter of fact sort of way. All he felt was emptiness.

Jeff looked to her throat then back to her eyes. Then grit his teeth, k-nines turned where already large fangs. A deep growl emitted in his throat. Nothing shown in his eyes, his sould a black void of nothingness. "I feel nothing, only pain." His voice was quite and this time it seemed as if he wasnt even hearing himself speak. "As of this moment." He put a clawed finger to Layna's throat. "I have no intent on harming you. If you decide to intervene on my killing anyone ever, i will hold no hesitation on killing you, or anyone from our race, vampire, or demon. Please do not force me to kill you if you get in my way." His tone was one of dead nothingness but it was one that also gave a hint that it was no idol threat. "As of now." He drew his finger back. "You have no reason to fear me.

"Help is of no concern to you anymore. I understand you were put into a situation that couldnt be helped." His tongue slide across his fangs. "I believe in the term 'Dont shoot the messenger' that is unless..." He put his entire hand to her throat his clawed fingertips hoving so close to her flesh he was almost touching her. "You intend to harm me." His stared into her eyes flatly. "And to think I was such a nice guy too..."

"To do what?" His fingernails lightly brushed her skin. "What is the true reason behind her telling me she will never see me again and why did you have to lie for her. " He could smell her fear it was appitizing he almost wanted to but he knew to let go was to never return. "That is what i dont understand." His eyes seemed to turn wild, but they stayed void of emotion, one could see that killing ment nothing really and a life lost was nothing to him either at this moment. After a long pause. "I feel as though you do seem intent on harming me more. Are you?"
