Hitomi ran up a beam, not knowing the nature of the jutsu, nor how long it would hold, she began to push the rocks off the structure, and the ones that she couldn't completely remove, she at least moved them so as to be out of the way -if only barely- from the people below. "I really am sorry for this. What a way to be welcomed to the village..." She grunted as she heaved a rock over the edge and let it fall on the ground. She wasn't the strongest, but she could at least manage this... "How long do we have?" She was asking about the time the jutsu could hold, so that she at least had a workable time-frame.

((actualy added wall walking to the acdemy jutsu's, but this is only for current students, meaning the current class of hiei, yumi, jin's char, and asterny if she could get on.))

Still on edge, Kai was quickly calmed down by the white-haired youth who had approached them earlier. He nodded as the boy introduced himself and pointed at himself. "Inuzuka Kai," he said easily with a grin, "and my dog Mawagi." He also nodded politely at Shizuka and gave her a polite smile.

He was then distracted by a poof! Oh yeah... he had been about to give that guy a piece of his mind... he spun around quickly to meet the eyes of the guy again, but saw nothing but air. He heard some sort of sound from down below and looked down to notice a kid version of that exact same guy. Kai just caught the end of Zephyr's great speech.

Senju? That legendary Mokuton clan? Kai was about to inquire when a whole motherlode of huge stones fell from above. Really, he could live with a little less excitement... this village would be horrible for those with heart problems, oh yes indeed. Fortunately, the Senju proved his identity and saved all their lives whilst defacing Iwagakure in the process. Oh well you couldn't have everything. It was a while after the technique was used before everything stopped shaking and Kai got his feet back. He headed over to the kid/guy.

"Hey, uh... Senju. Are you part of the army that's marching to save Konoha?" Kai nodded politely at the other older people around him, as well as the kid. He didn't know what to think regarding their identities after seeing the massive display of power from the young man, so he didn't.

Meanwhile, after the snarl Mawagi felt a lot better. It was like she had expelled most of her anger. She turned to Katagi and sniffed him closely, nodding as she was satisfied with his scent. She also cast an eye towards Shizuka and nodded at her as well. This was one cat she couldn't chase... She went through the next events pretty much the same way as Kai did. However, when everything ended she didn't follow Kai to Zephyr. Instead, she remained next to Katagi and started to go to sleep, at his feet.

[Crap... is Kai supposed to know Irihi? XD]

[[@Emily still, you wouldn't have the strength to move the stones that zephyr blocked. he blocked the 'body crushing in a second' kinds of stones. the ones that a normal academy student would be able to move have already fallen through the gaps in his shield.

@Rin If I remember properly, he gained permission from Kinami. I don't see a problem with it the way the jutsu is described in the show and in the guild. She could learn it, the only problem is that she is suppose to do chakra control checks unless her chakra control is over 15. Same with water walking.]]

((@Emily - Thank you for showing concern to the visitors’ safety. ^.^ But...unless it was a Senju Chuunin having learned Gouwan (or someone with considerably well rounded Strength), would not be able to move boulders that can normally squish people flat. =d

@Kouri - Kai did reconcile with Inuzuka...so he probably would’ve heard unpleasant rumors circulating that involves his father. On the other side, as in any soap opera...Hyuuga wasn’t at all discreet about disowning Irhi’s mother (and trying to disown Irihi in the process). If it was some sort of kindness, Irihi’s mother died of poor health shortly before the sentence was placed in effect...and the teenage clan elder, who was a dear friend to his mother...fought to take custody of Irihi and thus kept him from being thrown out.))

Zephyr, still in his ridiculous child henge, trotted over to the Hyuuga, hugging her abruptly and wailing (expression: T~~T). “I’m sorry Yokou, I’m so sorry... Wahhhhhhh! Shika will hate me...” More tears fountained out. “I’m...supposed to look up to that...that thing?!” Shinratsu muttered in disgust, jabbing a finger in the sobbing Senju’s direction. At this, Zephyr’s small frame froze. But before he could get very far, Yokou quickly had him by the collar...with the Senju still shaking his small fists in Shin’s direction (while still trying to escape, expression: scream ). “Lemme at him! Lemme get a piece of him!!”

Yokou’s depressed expression had gotten even more so now. This was going to be a long day. “Sensei...please...he’s a Genin...” Zephyr huffed in response. Big emerald eyes, the sunlight lighting up the flecks of gold, blinked. A pout. “I’m still cuuuuter than him!! Behold! Look well (to Kai) my good young man - for we SHALL BE THE ONES TO KICK SOME FIRE MASTER ARSE!”

Yokou did not bother keeping in her sigh anymore. “Yes...cute...” She muttered weakly before turning to Kai with an expression clearly saying ‘sorry... =.=’.

His insane laughing was interrupted. A frown. "Earthquake? This time of the year?" Zephyr looked up. Dear Okami-sama!

The giant rocks were beginning to break off his pillars...

Time to clean up this mess. Poof. He regained his original form. With a vicious punch, Zephyr completed shattered the center wooden beam and the shield collapsed gradually like a domino efect. The heaviest rock fell down from above him at an alarming rate. But with his right fist, he would calmly break it into harmless pieces. To the second boulder, he did so with his other arm. The third boulder was casually caught before smashed at the fourth and fifth. And the same was treated of the sixth and seventh boulder, ones of similar weight which Zephyr caught simultaneously, before smashing them together. He would throw a medium-sized fragment (a remainder of the previous two) into the eighth boulder's middle and it went through cleanly while fragmenting that one, before crashing into the ninth.

But Zephyr hadn't noticed one of the boulders he had missed, the tenth and final boulder. For a moment, it looked like the Senju was in danger, but he simply back-flipped before one leg lashed into the air, cracking the boulder into a shower of rocky fragments.

Noushuki Higyou (Concentrated Strike)
Description: Gouwan practitioners could expand damage by combining the basic Gouwan principles but build up much more chakra to create even more devastating damage.

Cp Cost: 60 Cp per strike
Damage: 60 - 100 + Chakra mod. (+double Strength mod. to max damage)
Drawback: This technique must be charged for four attack turns instead of the usual one.
Requirements: Gouwan Style, 60 Taijutsu ranks, 50 Strength, 50 Chakra, 80 Chakra Control
Training: 20 days
Special: Use Attack Ranged instead of Attack Melee. Shatters wooden puppets instantly and stuns opponent for two turns upon contact. If opponent manages to avoid a direct hit but fails a Tumble check of the attacker’s roll, he/she is winded for one turn.

Gouwan (Strong Arm)
Description: Gouwan is a taijutsu technique used by the Godaime Hokage Tsunade and her pupil Haruno Sakura. The user would first build up a high amount of chakra in their fist before releasing all of the chakra in an instant in order to create destructive attacks, capable of cratering an entire area.

Cp Cost: 15 Cp per strike
Damage: 5 - 16 + Chakra mod. (+double Strength mod. to max damage)
Drawback: Though Gouwan is powerful, it is unfortunately slower than other taijutsu styles. Thus, a Gouwan strike would take up two attack turns instead of the usual one.
Requirements: 20 Taijutsu ranks, 20 Strength, 20 Chakra, 25 Chakra Control
Training: 7 days
Special: Once the user has mastered this style of martial art, their taijutsu damage is permanently altered to 5-16 + chakra mod, but only if they use the required chakra cost for Gouwan. Despite utilizing chakra, Gouwan is still seen as a taijutsu style.

Navalie walked back into the central buzz of the village. It was indeed busy. She had noticed a group of new people chatting and silently walked over. She smiled gently and gave off a wave. Were was her genin team when she needed one. She was starting to regret ever leaving this place to begin with. The two people seemed to be new to Iwagakure. "Um, Hi. Have I seen you around Iwagakure before?" Navalie asked with a shy smile. Now that Iwagkure was being overrun with people from Konoha she was going to feel crowded. She expected at least one more person to come out of hiding too. Oh well.

Roy could tell that this was...in all oddities, helping the people of the village and the new folks of meet and really learn to get together. Any other time, he'd be happy to see that, proud that the people of Iwa were showing the world that they weren't blockheads or muscle bound idiots like a lot of folks believed. But, ya know, when you have a group of crazed ANBU chasing after you, you tend to put things like that on the back burner of the 'Things-to-be-happy-about' list. What was number one you may ask? Being alive and trying to stay that way.

The really sad part was that he hadn't even gotten that far away before he noticed the shadow sailing over head. It was Shikamori, probably flying from the power of another one of his teachers attacks. Why the hell did that old man act so much like he was born here in Iwa? Roy would have to ponder that another time as he heard several whistlings coming from behind him. After today's string of events, he was more than aware of what the hellt he items were. A set of 4 kunai, weight down by something, were sailing at him. He knew almost instnatly that the 'weight' were bomb tags. It fit with what all he had been through this day so it didn't bother him that much...thats when he realized how depressed he was. The day a set of bombtag laced Kunai sailing right for your head doesn't bother you is a sad day indead.

The first one came in low and he almost didn't see it. The kunai missed his leg well enough but the bomb tag was still well strengthened. the explosion caught Roy from underneith and flung him into the air a bit. This force caused the second kunai to pass right under Roy and explode a bit too far off to really bother him. The other two kunai, however, had been thrown a bit higher and were more than capable of catching him. The explosions tossed the boy higher into the air and onto a stone roof. A bit of a spin, thanks to the second explosion, was the cause of him falling onto a roof instead of straight back down to the ground. He rolled a bit more not so much from the force but simply out of pain. He wanted to stop the game so bad but he knew he couldn't. His mom, above all other people, wouldn't let him.

He laid there as long as possible...as long as the Rangers would allow him the breather. To be honest, they were searching roof to roof to find him and he heard them getting closer. He sighed a bit as he looked up to the sky and still was unmoving. There wasn't much for him to do at this point. He was weighting his options of getting up and running again or staying still and taking it. Yep...taking it seemed nice right about now but it'd just hurt more.Just as he came to that thought, Baka Black came over the edge of the roof. Roy was still a bit dazed but awake enough to notice the big man's entrence. A spring to his feet by rolling back and pushing off with his hands to just narrowly avoid being stomped on by the man of monserous stature. Roy's push made him come to a slight sliding stop before looking up to the man. Black only grinned under his mask, not that Roy could see it. He began to pop his neck and crack his nuckles a bit as he moved in closer to the boy. Baka Black allowed his cloak to lower around his arms again before pulling out a set of shuriken in both hands. His stance lowered and Roy knew this to be his full force throwing stance.

Not having much time, Roy began another dash, however instead of going straight away from Black, he shot instantly to the side, forcing Black to redirect his shuriken which would make them loose much power but still be painful if the hit. 6 shuriken came at him with power. But at that moment, he couldn't have cared less. HIs arms were sour from the weights on them, his legs were burnning like hell form all the pushing and running around with the weights on them, he wanted to just collapse in a hot bath...a hot bath...with Kinami...

Time stopped when he thought about that...he was still moving but time just seemed to stop. he couldn't hear anything or register anything for a moment as he let that thought pass through his mind. Thats what this was for...he was doing this for Kinami...the faster he got stronger, the faster he could go out and find her...he had to do this...Kinami was out there and eh'd find her...
