Can a character take Tactical Ninja and Chakra Control as their shinobi types? Or would the effects not stack?
Edit: Nevermind just answered my question.Well you can, but the learning bonuses would not stack. But you can indeed take on the fact that your reaction speed would be increased and you use less chakra for jutsus

Okay I have a question... If my Rpc does not have the poisoner benefit, can I still use poisons?
And if the awnser is no, can I change my benefit thing to poisoner, cause extra hidden weapons doesn't fit me was a puppet user anymore :/

Yes, only poisoners can use the benefit, and yes, since you have not utilized the other benefit yet, you may switch.

Don't worry about it and here's some step to step instructions: 1. Left click the little paper icon nexted to the 'posted' date and select 'copy shortcut'. 2. create the url code and paste your code there - text That's all there is to it. If you have any more troubles feel free to ask.

Yes they can. If you look at the anime, it shows Chiyo using a puppet that wields two large cleaving swords.

At the same time, don't expect to be allowed to hold two cleaving swords with a character under jounin rank. Depending on rank, you'll be able to hold/wield the appropriate type of weapon. It'll still be pretty awesome though.

Alright thats what I thought. So say a D rank puppet would be able to wield a Kunai while an A or B rank would be able to wield a sword or cleaver?

QUESTION FOR LUO OR ZANE OR GREG, preferably Greg, since he seems to be in charge of Summons.
Now, let's say that I was hypothetically making a custom weapon and a personal summon. If the summon was to get approved, could I make the weapon double as a summoning scroll?
(Basically, I'm making a pair of dual-wielded twin fans that can be connected and extended with Karis' chakra to form one giant fan. I'm also in the process of writing up the Weasel Summon. If I can get both approved, can her fan double as a summoning scroll? [She's a Summon Specialist])
