"Its just not very often I get a break anymore...... other than that, the current job I managed to get lined up for the BC has already gotten us 3 attacks I know of."

Focht smiled and began fixing the hilt of his weapon, placing the 2 pieces of sculpted wood on either side and wrapping it with a thin strip of leather.

Xol walked in through the front door with a yawn, letting his foot kick it shut behind him as he made his way to the kitchen. A few moments later he was poking his head back out and locking his gaze on Phia. "Where did you hide the booze this time?"

Focht nodded, slowly winding the leather around the grip of his weapon.
"If the person with the dagger knows how to block against a pole arm, yes...... I can even demonstrate if you want me too. There is one flaw to the pole arm, its only good at long distance, other than that its just in the way."

He nodded and poked his head back into the kitchen, not quite noticing Crystal yet. "Which bottles...they're bottles everywhere Phia!!" He growled as the sound of bottles clinking together is heard from Xol's frustrated efforts.

((Tosses in some sagely wisdom.The polearm is good at both long and close range,sucks in the middle because you have bad leverage.In a shield wall it is devastating,but someone trained can use it effectively in one-on-one.Anywho.This can be taken to OOC if anyone cares to argue.)) xd

Tyrsais said you would be the best to learn weapons from." Focht laughed, pretty sure Tyrsais didn't want him to hear that. He stood up, still working on his weapon, and nodded to the training room. "Ok. Let's go then. I'll be nice and let you pick out a dagger of atleast 4 inches." Slowly, he started walking that direction.
