"I think that there might be a city called Cherrygrove.... I dont know for sure though.... Maybe we should look at a map?" He said his mind trying to remember various maps he had looked at before he had left home.
"If it wasn't a real festival then why would there be a sign for it?" Meowth asked. Even though he knew he had been apart of making many a fake sign before.

"Well.. maybe this is all a Rocket plot. Maybe they're gonna lure innocent trainers like us to the festival, and then rob them of their Pokemon." Ryka said.
"I have a map. But I don't know if Johto is on it.." Ryka said, rummaging through the bag until she found it. She pulled the map out and spread it on the table in front of them.

"That sounds like something team Rocket would do. However I doubt that they would organize the whole festival. They will probably just show up to steal pokemon." Meowth said easily. He had never heard of such a thing but then again he wasn't that high on the list anymore.
Dante took a look at the spread out map trying to make sense of it. Usually he was pretty good at maps. After a minute he pointed out a town on the map. "This one right here. Its called Cherrygrove. But I dont know if the festival is going to be there or not..."

"Yeah, me too." Ryka repeated. "Those Rockets have to go down once and for all."
Vixen laughed when the vine hit Meowth. "Vixen! Don't laugh, he just got hurt!" Ryka scolded. Vixen covered her face, but kept laughing.

"A higher up may. Perhaps an Admin or something?" Mitsu said attempting to think like a Rocket. May as well get some practice before she joined. She didn't want to appear fake to them.
Ivy gave a sheepish and apologic grin at Meowth.

Ryka stood up and leaned over the map. She squinted to find the little town of Cherrygrove, right where Dante was pointing.
"Are you sure a town that small could a festival? I mean, this festival may not be big, but that town's not that big either.." Ryka said, sitting back down.

"Don't let that pokemon bring you into the water all by itself Magby!" The trainer shouted. Sunfire was on top of Magby in a second. He quickly Tackled the pokemon on to the edge of the rail. A few seconds later both pokemon were nearly in the water but Sunfire won out in the end because of his size and only Magby got wet.
Meanwhile Chinchou was closing in on Vaporeon. "Okay Vaporeon let's stop running and face it head on... underwater!" Vaporeon turned around and swam right beneath the Chinchou. It swerved and began the chase. "I thought you said head on Boy! This looks like running away!" The other man said. "Not quite. Tsunami was slowly allowing the Chinchou to get closer. It almost had the Vaporeon when she suddenly turned. Smack dab in front of it was the Magby partially out of the water. The two ran into eachother and Magby was hit by the Spark attack.
"Way to go guys! Double Sand Attack again you two!" Mag told his pokemon who were both on the bridge. They kicked more sand at their foes who were climbing back aboard the bridge.
"You incompotent fools. Take them out. Chinchou-Thunder on that Vaporeon. Magby-Mega Punch the Flareon OR ELSE!" he added for extra oomph. The pokemon quickly moved to obey their master. Chinchou's antenna began to glow and suddenly an enormous electric bolt shot of into the sky arcing toward Tsunami. The Magby ran swiftly up to Sunfire as energy began to surround it's arm.
"Tsunami use Helping Hand!" Mag shouted. The pokemon dashed behind Magby who was cornering Sunfire. It did another 360 and tripped the poor flame monster who lost the energy it had gathered. "Sunfire use Helping Hand and block that lighting!" Mag said as the Thunder attack finally came blasting down from the sky.

Sunfire took the Thunder attack and looked a little worse for the ware but he was still standing. Magby was still on the ground and Vaporeon quickly finished it off with a Tackle. "Nice job guys. Sunfire, use your Wish attack and watch out for that Chinchou. Vaporeon it is up to you to finish this before that Chinchou gets another attack in!" Mag commanded his pokemon.
"Uh.. useless new training pokemon. Chinchou, use your Thunder attack again!" The man said as he recalled his Magby. "This time aim for the Flareon!" Once again the antenna on Chinchou's head began to glow as the electricity was building up. "Vaporeon, use Sand Attack when it looks like it will fire the electricity!" Mag said hoping it would miss.
The Chinchou had built enough energy and was about to let the bolt go when sand flew into its eyes. The pokemon staggered and the elecrtricity was fired in the completely wrong direction and missed. "Now hit it with your Tackle Tsunami!" Mag shouted. "Keep Thundering you stupid fish!" the man pratically screamed.
Tsunami came in and swiftly pushed the Chinchou back into the water. It shot the Thunder out a third time more but it missed the second time by an even worse margin. Sunfire had quickly restored its energy and was charging down the field. "Okay you guys, team Tackle it and let's win this extra prize!" Mag said. The pokemon both rammed the Chinchou and it flew back at its trainer.
"Wow that was some work kid. I guess I can tell you. I am a member of Team Rocket and we are lookin for strong trainers like you to join us in the fight for crime!" He said as he recalled his Chinchou. "I know what you're thinkin, a life of crime isn't for you, but with Team Rocket you could make your dreams of a nice and fancy life come true."
At first Mag was going to shout "NO WAY IN HELL AM I JOINING!" but then he realize that this might be a good way to learn about the SM Project. "Hm. Sounds like a good offer. How does one join Team Rocket?" Mag said trying not to sound too anit-Rocket.
"Just take this ID card and go to the Celadon City Gamecorner. We have our training base there. Talk to the man next to the poster at the back wall and he will tell you everything. Oh and if they ask say that Marcus sent you." Marcus said as he whistled and began to leave. "Oh and come quickly or you will loose your chance to join in on the Operation CBF."
"Hm... Mag said. Think this was a good idea guys?" Mag asked Sunfire and Tsunami. "Yeah it is a bit fishy but it is the only way. Okay before we go there let's go check and see if Bill is home." Mag said as he returned his pokemon.

Key stood outside of his home in Violet City. It seemed as if he was in the best shape as he shadow-boxed beside his Tyrogue.
"C'mon, I'm going faster than you." Key said as he watched his Tyrogue increase his jab speed.
His uncle smiled at Key as he watched them through the window. He had watched Key grow up and he had all of his hope in Key's success.

Growly shook himself, wincing from the last attack, but he knew no one could see him through the blackness on the battlefield. Kasiya chuckled to herself, forgetting that Nitro knew how to use Smokescreen. "Nice try, Mikey, but that won't work!" she said, mimicking his almost arrogant tone. "Alright Growly! Put that nose of yours to work and sniff out Nitro with Odor Sleuth! Follow up with a bite!" she called, an impish grin that nobody could see crept across her face. Growly gave a small yip, and put his nose low to the ground, below the majority of the smoke that was slowly wafting upwards.

"You stay out here alright, I'll go get some drinks." Key said to his Tyrogue as he walked into the house.
While looking in the refridgerator he overheard an ad on the television about a festival in Cherrygrove City next week. He looked at his uncle and watched as he gave a nod "Yes" to Key.
Key ran out of the house with his backpack on, "C'mon Ty we're going to Cherrygrove" he said to the Tyrogue with a smile. Ty got up and walked down a path with Key. "One of my uncle's friend's lives down there, she'll definetely let us stay there until the festival." he said as they headed south towards Cherrygrove.

((This is my last post for the evening. See ya guys tomorrow hopefully.))
Mag continued up the path towards the house of the famous Bill. He noticed that there were many other trainers having battles but he made sure to avoid any that were alone and looked like they were ready for a fight. He had after all just barely beaten 6 trainers in a row and his pokemon needed a nice rest. Soon he was at the front step of the large house.
Mag walked up to the door and knocked. There was no answer. He decided to try and see if the door was open, it was. Inside he went. The place was rather messy. There were books and papers all over the place. There was also tons of machinery laying about and two gigantic pods on either side of the back wall. "Hello?" Mag asked. "Is anyone here?"
"Huh?" Said a voice. Suddenly a mans head came into view behind the largest stacks of papers and books. "Oh uh hi. I must have dozed off doing research last night." Bill said with a yawn. "What brings you to my house?" He asked. "Not much. I just heard that you knew a lot about Eevee and I am trying to find out where I could catch a few since I want to train some myself."
At the sound of Eevee Bills face light up. "Did you say Eevee? Well come here, come here, quickly now." He said as he opened his laptop and began to open up documents. "These are the Eevee I have had a chance to study." he said as Flareon, Vaporeon, and Jolteon appeared on the screen. "And there are two more that seem to evolve in the Jhoto and Hoenn more often," he said as Umbreon and Espeon appeared on screen. "They are quite amazing pokemon really. Their DNA responds to different stones and friendship. Have you ever seen one of them up close?"
"Yeah, I have a Flareon and a Vaporeon--" Mag said as Bill interupted midsentence. "--Can I see them? I haven't been able to check some out in quite some time with all my computer research and such." Bill inquired. "Sunfire and Tsunami would be glad to come out Mag stated as he released his pokemon. "WOW!" Bill said as he began to look at them and poke them and such.
"They look like they are in good condition so I suppose I can tell you where the latest Eevee sighting has been. Just don't go hurting the pokemon or I will go and hunt you down!" he warned. "Now there have been a few reports of them appearing around Saffron City on the west route between it and Celadon."
